Hoff's Ex Gets Dinner and Movie, But Just Barely

David HasselhoffTMZ has learned what went down with David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach Hasselhoff in court yesterday.

Hasselhoff won primary physical custody and sole legal custody of the former couple's two daughters. Sources day Pamela will have the kids from Friday to Sunday every other weekend. She could also have dinner with the kids Wednesday night, but that's it.

We're told the judge indicated he might be willing to change the ruling to a fifty-fifty split, but only if Bach attends anger management classes for a year and submits to drug and alcohol testing.

Sources tell TMZ a special master (a psychologist) appointed by the court interviewed the family extensively and determined that Pamela was abusive to her kids and refused to submit to drug and alcohol testing. The Hoff has voluntarily agreed to submit to alcohol testing.

So, the Hoff turned one of the messiest burger meals ever into a major courtroom victory.

If I miss understood then I am truly sorry.I am tired of one way justice yes he has a drinking problem,Yes She dose a drug but after reading post I see that some women seem to think they have a entitlement when it comes to the courts.I am no suporter of the right or left.I belive every one sould be treated the same rich or poor white or black man or women and Christain or atheist in law.If you are happly married ,good,a son good cause that is the greatist legacy we can ever have and our memories of that legacy are going to be the only thing we take with us,.

107. I've been watching "America's got Talent" and David Hasselhoff appears to be drunk on most of the shows. Unless they were filmed way ahead, I don't think he is a good choice either.. Poor kids. There doesn't seem to be a good choice.

108. Lucy, lucy, lucy,

Hoff’s allegations that the Mom took drugs were not substantiated. The judge can make an assumption that because the Mom refused the drug testing that she’d taken drugs in the past, but the judge is really taking Hoff’s -

UMMM - she failed the FIRST test!!! Am I assuming the test was lost? And that is why the Judge wanted her to take another test and yes, she refused!

109. To 126 Ima Bitch:

Its true that if the judge could not get a completed drug test of Mom in his hand then its reasonable to determine that Mom has something to hide. However, whether she’s a user or not, no one has apparently found her rolling around drunk or even driving under the influence. The court sent an evaluator to interview both parents, and the evaluator’s reports are paid for by the parents, and those reports, in high profile cases can cost anywhere from $20,000 - $40,000 and sometimes even more. Often the parent best able to pay the evaluator’s fee the quickest often, coincidently, is most favored in said report(s).

So the court appointed evaluator subjectively determined that the Mom had “anger management issues”, not that the Mom was indeed a drug user. It still seems like a poor excuse to take children away from someone you “suspect” may be a user, yet not order the suspect to take regular drug test, but instead order them to take anger management courses, while the children go live with a proven drunk, whose already been videotape literally rolling in his own vomit.

110. Goes to show how good the legal system really is. The girls are smarter than either David or Pamela. I am floored that he got sole custody, given his alcoholic condition. But then again, Pamela must have far worse issues to deal with.

As for Opri, I wonder how outrageous her bill is going to be for Pamela. She is a joke!

112. No, men do not make better parents, women don't either. Courts need to look at each case individually because gender has little to do with what kind of parent a person will be. Either gender can have anger management problems, substance abuse problems or just not give a fig about the kids welfare. For too many decades the courts always leaned toward the mother. I don't think the problem is solved yet but it is obviously moving in the right direction.
Heck, decades ago Larry Birkhead wouldn't have stood a chance of getting custody, the child's vicious grandmother would be raising the poor girl just because she is female.

113. Money talks in that town.

If they were just the average "joe blow", Child Protective Services would have taken those kids away from them both. He's pathetic. If the girls had a say in the matter, and they are teenagers, I'm thinking that "daddy" is letting them do whatever they want and is filling their pockets with money so he can have custody. What kid wouldn't go with that? In the long run, the girls will have to pay. What's the name of the judge? I think he should have his bank account reviewed. I don't watch anything with that idiot in it.

Stan, you have your "facts" all screwed up. Quit writing fiction here. They have classes at the elementary school you'd be great in.

114. I gotta agree w/stan on this one. Hoff, good for you buddy. I don't know what the childrens family life was or has been like, but...Hoff seems like a good guy, and I believe you're right, he will take care of those girls just fine, if not BETTER than their arrogant mother. When a person won't do "whatever it takes" to keep her kids w/her, then she doesn't deserve to raise them. And if she wouldn't even submit to drug and alcohol testing. Hell, maybe she realized they would be better off w/dad, and that's why she said NO to the testing!
