The dj admitted it was her coke and Lindsay checked into a hospital with chest pains so the DA won't charge her for leaving the scene because he won't be able to prove it in court. First time with clean record and nobody else being hurt equals license suspension and probation for anybody, poor rich nobody or famous! Probably be able to drop it to reckless driving with rehab under her belt. Of course the media will scream "special treatment" but it won't be. Of course some will believe it like those that thought Paris was going to take those special little blankies to jail with her. What sheep.

68. Why should we feel sorry for her with 20 photographers chasing her -- SHE INVITES THEM. Most of these are well orchestrated by her. Hello -- I'm gonna be ...... tonight. Hello -- I'm going here now. They crave it but it bites them in the end.
When she comes out of rehab, she deserves to be charged. If she gets probation and loss of licence for these accidents that have happened -- the reasons she has given at the time are also coming around to bite her. She's therefore been making false police reports. She just better use a braincell and adhere to the rules of probation and licence loss if it happens. She no doubt knows what can happen and with the massive uproar about Paris -- it can happen to her too!!! One difference with Lindsay -- the studios won't be picking her up for movies. She could possibly kiss those outrageous paychecks goodbye!!!! Shirley MacLain, etc., won't tolerate any more bull like her last movie.

70. Rehab facilities in Ca. vary in location,acomodations and allowances. All depending on the clients/patients socio-economic status...Some re-habs are provided for by thier insurance while other re-habs do not accept insurance coverage...One is more elite than the other and I'll let you figure out which of the two types is more lenient and luxurious...
I find no pleasure in the wittnessing of yet another young human being with great potential throw it all away...Our children are our future, and this girl is a bad omen...I pray for todays youth everywhere.

I am furious about all the posts that said how great and moral Shirley is compared to Lindsay and her mom Dina.
LISTEN TO ME---Shirley was no innocent with Frank in Vegas and I bet (please God...forgive me) she even "entertained" Sammy Davis Jr.!!!!!!!! As far as I know she poked that one eye out in some sort of rage (actually I doubt she did that)...
My point is Hollywood if full of temptations and Lindsay made some as did Shirley...zzzz please find some forgiveness in your small withered black heart.

I mentioned Shirley in that that is the movie on hold waiting for this little twit to straighten her act out.
Oh heaven forbid -- someone spells a name wrong -- whoopee -- I missed a letter -- GET OVER IT.
In the Rat Pack -- yes I know all about them -- she too was a player. The difference being, when they were working & filming, that's what they did. They did not have these multi-million dollar productions being rescheduled for these young inconsiderates whom they believe themselves to be the "Divas" of the day. The studios then would just fire them -- ask questions later.
As to my finding forgiveness for her in my what you call "black withered heart" -- no. She already played the rehab card earlier this year and made a mockery of it.

I am over your spelling Shirley's name incorrectly.. we all make mistakes ....which is my point.. Lindsay and Dina have made mistakes.... For God's sake Frank was supposedly involved in the mob.
I think the press is spending too much time on the trashing the Lohans... I think the whole Stedman thing has something to do with it.... that could be just a false rumor but it makes me wonder.
