Paulina: A Wardrobe Deconstructed

To the naked eye, singer Paulina Rubio looks quite stylish, but look deeper into her ensemble, and you can see her glaring unoriginality.

Paulina was seen leaving the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, wearing this kaleidoscopic bandana -- a look taken right from the closet of weavetastic pop mom Britney Spears. The oversized beauty goggles are a staple of the Nicole Richie school, while her ratty peroxided locks and pouting lips are hallmarks of the hobo-chic Olsen twins. And how does she acknowledge the photogs? With rehabber Lindsay Lohan's favorite gesture -- the peace sign. *yawn*

Rubio's latest single, Ayudame, means "Help me." It seems like she's helped herself ... to everyone else's leftovers.

35. Ok a. Paulina Rubio has always been pretty stylish, b. Linsday Lohan, Britney Spears, and the Olsens have not aaalways been this way, they are much younger than Paulina and who says they didn't copy THEM, c. it's all bs because all of these stars have "professional" stylists and that's a bs job too. It is someone who gets paid to market products and make them trendy. Hardly anyone in Hollywood has their own style. I do genuinely think that some of these girls like Nicole Richie add a little spark to their style but most of it is systematic and planned

37. Paulina Rubio is known for her originality, talent, and the "peace" sign she's always seen photographed doing. Some may not know her aswell as I, but I can say she's been doing it much longer than MK, Lindsay, Britney, Nicole, etc.... I think we need to research Paulina a little more and then give an opinon. Then we need to ask ourselves...Where did MK, Lindsay, Britney, Nicole, get their inspiration? Paulina Rubio is the original among the rest!

44. I don’t think Pau was out to copy anyone…. She’s been in the business longer than any of those other gals and she is a HUGE Latin icon… she is a trend setter not a copy cat… the bandana is not exactly like Brits and she is wearing it differently, the sun glasses… look at pictures from her in the past and you will be able to see that she’s been wearing that style longer than Nicole has, chances are Nicole copied the look from Pau… and the hair… she’s had that hair forever… if you are going to compare get your story straight.
