Russell's Ex -- More Trouble Than She's Worth

Kimora Lee Simmons -- the Amazon known mainly for marrying (and divorcing) hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons -- has found a new boyfriend in Djimon Hounsou ... and while the news isn't all that exciting, they sure think it's worth hiding!

TMZ cameras spotted the duo eating lunch on Friday at Pastis in NYC -- and while they dined outdoors, allowing passersby to see them, the second they saw a camera, they took extreme measures; restaurant staff jumped in front of the couple's table in an attempt to block the shot, with one worker even trying to swat a camera. Djimon's driver proceeded to call the cops ... they didn't care either and didn't show up.

All this for Angelina Jolie, sure ... but Kimora? Who cares?!

31. TMZ is so sexist--Kimora Lee Simmons is an accomplished businesswoman. So she's having lunch, big deal.

All TMZ does all day is trash women, make fun of their appearances and any efforts they make to make something of themselves, help others, or just do their jobs. Then TMZ bens over backward to praise David Hasselhof, of all people, like he's man of the year. Enough with the woman-hating, TMZ.

34. Actually, Kimora doesn't even own Baby Phat, her ex Russel does. She just over sees the day to day activities in the office. But legal wise, Russel's name in on all the checks.

40. Honestly TMZ, that was like very harsh!Even though it seems like they went way out of control to keep from getting a picture taken, yall didnt have to say that she was only know for one thing. She has her own fabolous company which is totally hot!!!
