Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern just left probate court in L.A., standing united.

Howard K. was named executor of Anna Nicole's 2001 will, which was ordered into probate. Larry B. was named legal guardian of Dannielynn.

The will seemed to have excluded Dannielynn -- the only beneficiary was Daniel. A lawyer in court said he had spoken with the attorney who drafted the will. That attorney said that at the time Anna signed, she said she did not plan on having more children, but said if she did, she wanted those children to share in her estate.

After the hearing, Stern said he would help Birkhead in any way he could. As for Birkhead, when asked what he planned on doing, he said, "Maybe I'll go to law school."

20. It don't make sense. If Anna said she would want a future child included in her will even though at that moment she did not expect to have any more children, why in the heck would she agree to the wording in that will that adamentally states that no future children should be included? That is a contradiction to sat the least, not that it would change the outcome of this regardless.

28. Too bad Larry and Stern have been in on this whole thing from the start. If Anna had said she didn't plan on anymore children but if there were she'd want them to inherit her estate she wouldn't of had that exculsionin the first place. Larry is scum same as Stern.

30. I'm glad to see they are both working together and that things will work out. I still don't see why Larry should get that beautiful house of Anna's. They were never even married. They should give the house to Howard who was with Anna for 12 years.
