33. Seriously, it might be a good idea for Larry to go to Law School. Just so he can understand what is going on with everything. Larry should go on the internet and look up all of the probate laws and the law cases. I know even when I have had to hire an attorney (probate). I felt it necessary to look everything up on the internet to understand what was going on. One thing I found out is that the laws that are made are often unfair and are at time made for the legislators who make the laws for their own good and not others. I found many unethical laws. But they are laws, unless you can get the legislative body to change them. And that is how lawyers make their money. Fighting these sometimes dishonest laws in the courts. You know that in the courts one party and one lawyer will always lose. Just the same I think Larry should hire an attorney who does not have an interest in this case at this time. Dannylynn needs her own attorney, and not Ron Rale.

36. This should prove very interesting. I'm not certain about California law, but in my State there is a definite line drawn between who gets the child and who is in charge of the money. This means that there is a separation between the child and the money and they don't necessarily have to cross over...especially when the child was not named in the Will. The saga will continue no doubt....

Cindylou...Larry only had to be appointed legal guardian because the Grandmother was contesting..(at least that's what I think)

38. If they only produced that copy and not the original will, yes, it is invalid. I have that from several lawyers. Anybody can make something that looks like a copy. You must have the original signature to ensure validation.

Courts have been wrong before.

What stupid lawyer drew up a will like this? The one I saw in the media says that it specifically excludes any future children, yet the lawyer who supposedly drew up the will says she meant to include any future children if she had any? That's crazy double-speak.

The lawyer who drew up the will should have been in court to tell what he knew (even though apparently the lawyer might have been Ron Rale or an associate). To say that "he spoke with the lawyer who drew up the will" is hearsay.

I believe they have circumvented the law here, not unusual for a court.

Why do people think that Howard Stern, one of Anna's lawyers, should get any of her money? Because now he will for sure.
