Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern just left probate court in L.A., standing united.

Howard K. was named executor of Anna Nicole's 2001 will, which was ordered into probate. Larry B. was named legal guardian of Dannielynn.

The will seemed to have excluded Dannielynn -- the only beneficiary was Daniel. A lawyer in court said he had spoken with the attorney who drafted the will. That attorney said that at the time Anna signed, she said she did not plan on having more children, but said if she did, she wanted those children to share in her estate.

After the hearing, Stern said he would help Birkhead in any way he could. As for Birkhead, when asked what he planned on doing, he said, "Maybe I'll go to law school."

Every decision made so far has been made in different courts and different states/countries, so you are saying all is corrupted just because everyone of the case to date have been won by Howard or Larry?

64. Is anyone else not able to view any of the TMZ videos. For days now all the videos keep saying "the video you are trying to view is currently unavailable. Check back later." I've tried on all 3 of my computers and they won't play on any of them

Anyone else having this problem?

65. 50. Now that the will is probated the war will continue on the house in Bahamas that is what Pro Pinder said that the WILL had to be probated, Howard may just get his walking papers soon

Or could it be that the Horizons was put on hold until the "Will" was found valid in order to pave the way Bahamian courts to turn over the Horizons to the appointed Executor?

69. I would explain the reason ANS will was written the way it was, but I notice the hate brigade never read enough to get any facts. Usually they just toss ideas in the air, wrapped in profanities, hoping someone will catch them. Then they pat each other on the back, laughing at whoever was the more vile. I understand people with limited vocabulary tend to be the ones that use the most bad language and try to make others feel humiliated, when in fact they are humiliating themselves. Even on the Internet bullies are the same,tough in a crowd, but weak kneed when alone. Even this anonymity doesn't change that. My heart goes out to you, hoping you will someday understand.

AM NOT BUYING INTO THE CURRENT "LOVE FEST" FOR STERN UNLESS AND UNTIL THE BAHAMAS INQUEST FINALLY GETS GOING AND THE FACTS COME OUT ABOUT DANNY'S VERY STRANGE DEATH. I think that was Larry's sly way of saying that he needs to be on the side of the lawyer(s) meaning mainly HS the executor(who claims he didn't read the will beforehand-yeah, right) I don't buy the "lovefest" either. Larry has no choice but to go along right now. He is not dumb & is not going to give away his daughter's inheritance. I hope after he gets everything she is entitled to he: 1) sells Anna's gaudy house & moves into his own home and, 2) dumps HK for good.

One thing: I don't think Larry should go to law school. I love him and admire him but I have been amazed that he even has a degree in journalism when he cannot put a sentence together.

Let Howard be the lawyer, Larry. Find something else to do, such as selling real estate like you did before.

75. What about her son that she had been supporting who lives with his father on an Indian reservation. Maybe he was waiting to see if this will was accepted to come forth with his lawyer and file a claim. I HOPE HE DOES! This little boy deserves just as much as Dannielynn!
