Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern just left probate court in L.A., standing united.

Howard K. was named executor of Anna Nicole's 2001 will, which was ordered into probate. Larry B. was named legal guardian of Dannielynn.

The will seemed to have excluded Dannielynn -- the only beneficiary was Daniel. A lawyer in court said he had spoken with the attorney who drafted the will. That attorney said that at the time Anna signed, she said she did not plan on having more children, but said if she did, she wanted those children to share in her estate.

After the hearing, Stern said he would help Birkhead in any way he could. As for Birkhead, when asked what he planned on doing, he said, "Maybe I'll go to law school."

78. Larry has no choice at this time but to go along with the courts. Anna has a stipulation that anyone fighting anything in her will is to be disinherited. Larry can't let Dannylynn be disinherited. Time will tell. Hopefully, there will be an inquest one day. Does anyone know what has happened so far with the inquest. I think the reason that the Bahama courts leave everything gagged is so that the courts can be dishonest.

79. People may be right about Howard --- or they may be wrong. In any case, does anyone truly dispute that idea that Howard will be completely devoted to Dannielynn for the rest of his life?

I despised Howard as much as anyone... and I blogged my heart out for Larry for all those months. But the emotion of that time has abated and it is easier now to see that Howard was a victim of Anna's reckless lifestyle. No one could save her! - It was not right what he did to Larry but if Larry is willing to move forward, then why shouldn't we?

For Howard to have stayed with Anna for so long is a testament to his loyalty. I think he will be a wonderful friend to Larry and Dannielynn. - He would never do anything against them because that would put his relationship with Dannielynn at risk.

Hopefully, Vergie will rethink her position and be a grandma to Dannielynn.

84. I just had a wild, crazy idea. since DL was excluded from the will, could Vergie not claim the inheritance as next of kin after DL? Makes sense to me but probably not legal.

I wonder if there is some way HKS can keep DL from getting anything & end up with it himself?
