94. I do not understand why Larry is considered 'legal guardian' when he is the legal and biological dad. Is it b/c Anna Nicole put the wrong name on the birth certificate?

Who does get the money she accrued? If she did not want anymore children, why mess around without protection? Oh I guess that's a silly question.

I think Larry is going to be a good father. Do not make fun that he is a "back woods" guy. There are plenty of good fathers who do not do interviews well.

He IS the dad and that should be the end of that.
I wish the press would leave them alone ....

96. The male bashers on here are the Virgie lovers. Quite obvious, that these two men love Danielynn, and would do anything for her. I am sure Anna would be pleased that she is being well taken care of.

97. I believe Howard will ensure Danni receives her due. He has made amends and I don't buy that he killed either Anna or Daniel. Howard got the Marshall case all the way to the supreme court and turned it around, that's pretty good.
Larry would do himself and Danni a favor by going to law school, I think that is a wonderful idea. Considering all the new baggage he now has to deal with. Not holding grudges for those that can help you is wise, healthy and being a good parent.
Opri should return the money & send an honest bill.
She is destroying her own reputation, no one else is doing it to her.

100. Four months after Anna Nicole Smith's death, a Los Angeles judge Tuesday named Howard K. Stern executor of her estate and Larry Birkhead guardian of his and Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.

Attorneys will return to court later this year to review Smith's assets, which Stern estimated at $710,000 – but which could grow substantially pending the outcome of a battle over the estate of Smith's late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told the lawyers he was concerned about a clause in Smith's will disinheriting any children born after her son, Daniel, who died last September three days after Dannielynn was born.

Smith, who died in February of an accidental overdose, left a will dated July 2001 that states that aside from her (now deceased) son Daniel, "I have intentionally omitted to provide for ... other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted."

Bruce Ross, an attorrney for Smith, said he'll prove at future hearings that the clause is "extraordinary and improperly drafted" and should not stand. He promised to send copies of Beckloff's orders to Virgie Arthur, Smith's mother.

This was the first Los Angeles hearing involving Stern and Birkhead since February, when they clashed in a family law court over paternity of Smith's now 9-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. Stern participated in Tuesday's hearing by conference call from the Bahamas; Birkhead appeared in person.

Birkhead, shown by a DNA test to be Dannielynn's father, is now living with the child in Smith's former Los Angeles home.

101. Larry has to go according to the courts rules. He had no choice at this time. It is up to the courts, the law enforcement, the IRS, the lawyers, etc., to investigate Howard. Larry can not do a thing at this time buy go along with it. I am sure that if you were in the same situation as Larry, you would do the same thing. Just bide your time. Larry has been appointed Guardian to Daniel and to her estate. Howard is the executor. If you look it up on the internet, under the probate rules of the court of California you will find a lot of information. If fact, you can download all of the probate rules, laws, etc.

Am I wrong or was not LB named guardian over DANIELYNN'S estate. He doesn't have any say over ANS's estate and DL doesn't have one until ANS's is settled. Unless there are actuallt trust funds set up in her name. Then LB is now the guardian of them.

But HKS is the administrator of ANS's will and with all the contracts and lawsuits it will probably thake years to settle. So HKS now has a job. Of course it includes going after the Marshall money. I really wish they would not do that as it is just throwing money away.

105. I had been on Larry's side but no more. His rushing to move into Anna's house after joining up with Howard told me all I need to know. That and reading Opri's petition and Anna's complaints about him.

I am sick of seeing him on t.v. and agree he is pimping out this baby. I had thought he was good looking but his behavior has changed my mind on that score.

Larry seems like a REAL JERK and two-faced, money grubbing creep just like the other ones.

The Internet porn site bearing his name also turned me off about him.

I thought his rehearsed "jumping for joy" and coy little announcement that he was indeed the father was ridiculous, corny and went over like a lead baloon. Just like his statement today that "he might go to law school."
