110. Let's see.... How far did Nicole Richie drive going the "wrong way" on a busy Los Angeles freeway under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol?

She's lucky she did not kill herself nor an innocent victim? She, too, may need a little time in the slammer after joking about her peril on The David Letterman Show! Obviously, she still does not get it even with Paris' predicament.

Look at Brandy (who shouldn't be mentioned in this class of wild girls)....she has enormous legal woes due to the fact that someone was killed in her accident and she WASN'T driving under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

Nicole Richie, it's time to confront your addictions....

113. I'm not sure where this 'minimum' 5 days comes from - according to the California sentencing guidelines, a 2nd DUI conviction carries a mandatory sentence of 90 days minimum . . . perhaps they got the 5 days of jail from the 10% rule with time off for good behavior?

But with all the attention and with Paris getting a 45 day sentence, it'll be outrageous if Nicole's judge doesn't follow in Judge Sauer's footsteps and specify that Nicole serve the entire sentence (90 days with time off for good behavior = about 45). It's not like she'll have to worry about the bad food or anything since she doesn't seem to eat . . .
