47. Tom will probably kill himself if released. I hope the judge revokes his bail and remands him to custody. The guy needs serious help, he's no Paris.

48. First thing he needs to do to clean up, besides rehab AGAIN.. is to dump the girlfriend. She is a user of both drugs and alcohol. Even when he told her it was hard to be around her when she did that crap she chose the drugs over him and his rehabilitation. Dump her butt... and I can't believe she had the nerve to show up in court too...

I don't believe in putting addicts in jail, they should go after the dealers the way they do the addicts but look what a total of 4 years in jail did for Robert Downey, he's drug free and sober now and he's making a lot of sucky movies. Maybe a year in the slammer will help Tom Sizemore clean up his act too, I hope so.

51. Here we see another drug taking loser play the "I've got a sickness" card, to try & get out of a bad situation. WRONG! He doesn't have a sickness, he has an addiction. There's a difference between the 2 (even if the medical establishment is 30 years behind the times on this one). If you're sick, typically it's not by choice; it happens to you & it's not your fault. If you've got an addiction, this means you had choices, made bad ones, and now need to take responsibility for your actions.

Like all druggie losers, he's trying to convince everyone it's not his fault, that they should pity him & let him off lightly. I say NO WAY. Make him be accountible, take responsibility & do the time for CHOOSING to take drugs again. He purposely violates his probation, he reaps the whirlwind...

Why does Hilton (who I'm really no fan of) deserve to be locked up for driving w/ a suspeneded license - YES, SUSPENDED LIENSE - NOT DUI (b/c she's a "privilged idiot" like someone suggested earlier) but, this dope fiend (who was also a privleged idiot once himself) deserves another chance b/c he has "a disease" lol Boy, you ppl are really good w/ double , aren't you? I have zero respect for druggies. Lock his bitch ass up.

Without the DUI Paris would NOT be locked up at all!.
The original charge is used during sentencing for probation violations such as driving on a suspended DL. Why attempt to reduce the responsibility?
And I dont belive anyone has said Tom should get off with just signing a paper.

55. Addiction, look how many are suffering, a matter of life and death, serious stuff, the rehabs that treat symptoms, place band-aids on the symptoms and fail their patients by treating those symptoms never getting to the root cuases are killing them just like the drugs-wake up people.
Designer, mind altering, psychotic drugs to treat addiction another disaster and another way the so-called professionals are slowly and methodically killing and destroying the addicts lives. All this psycho babble, feel good crap needs to stop, when your willing to go to nay lengths to get sober-straight then you need a program that really works and people that have been there-suffered and are truly sober and staright-drug free. I have been there, done that and got the tee shirt, its a tough road, worth the trouble and struggle, you can get free, have a new and awesome life, there is HOPE for all addicts, but you must stop playing around with thise disease and get serious, stop listening to the idiots that have worthless co called cures and get the tough love you need.

59. If anybody needs to go to jail it is this guy. He needs to kick that crap and do some N.A. meetings for at least a year. He needs to get humble. He is in some serious difficulty that no outside help could arrest. LOCK HIM UP, JUDGE!!

60. Does anybody else remember the same cry baby act the last time he got arrested? The judge bought it then and now he is right back in court crying the exact same song again. How many times are the courts going to let him get away with this. Put us all out of missery, including Tom by locking him up and throwing away the key!
