Craven to Pauly: You're a Nightmare on My Street

Wes Craven has sued Pauly Shore for allegedly causing a honkin' landslide on his property and screwing with his head.

In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ and filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Craven says Pauly, his neighbor, slacked off in keeping up his yard, pool, spa, sprinklers, irrigation, swales, downspouts and slopes. As a result, Craven claims "water from the Shore Property intruded and infiltrated the Craven Property causing a slope failure/landslide" in December, 2006.

Craven, who caused millions to cringe in a string of horror movies, claims he "suffered and will continue to suffer severe emotional distress and anxiety..." Touche!

Craven is seeking unspecified damages.

A call to Pauly's rep was not immediately returned.

34. I met Pauly a couple of times back when I worked at a comedy club. He is truly ignorant, perverted, and not funny. Laying on the kitchen floor looking up the waitress' skirts. Nice guy.

43. You piece of crap pauly dont you know that you should have respect for wes ? You will lose in court you should have built the retainer wall before the pond ? Do you relize that he can't sleep for fear of that crappy house will fall on his ? Do you realize your house and all that you have done to him could give him a heart attack ?Do you care ? Do you care that he is worried about his loved one's ? and there saftey ? Wes go get a penthouse the most exspensive one in Beverly Hill's and add it to the court cost that pauly should and most likely have to pay ! Then you will sleep at night ! And all of you out there that has never met wes ,WHAT ARE YOU THINKING IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR GRANDFATHER ??? P.S.
