64. I can't believe people are getting so upset about a song. A Parody song at that. In no way is the song advocating rape and it maybe a little sexist, but that is kind of Psycho Mike's humor. He's also made to look like a homo-sexual for his love of many men, but it doesn't make him gay. Dude has a beautiful wife, a ton of talent, and if he were single, I'm sure he'd have no problem getting laid.

People's reaction to this song... is what is wrong with America today.

65. According to FCC rules this song is considered indecent and their lawyers made the right call telling them not to play it.

This is the description of "indecent" from the FCC:

"...Indecent material contains sexual or excretory material that does not rise to the level of obscenity. For this reason, the courts have held that indecent material is protected by the First Amendment and cannot be banned entirely. It may, however, be restricted to avoid its broadcast during times of the day when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience. The FCC has determined, with the approval of the courts, that there is a reasonable risk that children will be in the audience from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., local time. Therefore, the FCC prohibits station licensees from broadcasting indecent material during that period."

So according to FCC rules this probably could be played only outside of the safe harbor time, but never during the day when children might be listening.

It's really funny, if you have a song that says "F-you" in it, it is indecent and can ONLY be played between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (unless the F-you is used in the chorus then it is obscene and can't ever be played).

If you have a song that says "I want to F-you" it is obscene and can't be played at all at anytime, since it is being used in a sexual way.

67. i think the song is brilliant! and hilarious! i am mature enough to know that some will not like it, cuz its demeaning and whatnot, but inside you know you guys and gals are laughing. Maybe not for radio play, but definitely a great spoof! in any case i think Kevin and Bean are great, Psycho MIke is awesome, though sometimes he gets on my nerves. Nonetheless great show K&B, ohh and i agree with two previous Jennifer and John W. Red hots really suck! they should stop playiing them. they are worse than those people who got offended by this song. and thats pretty bad.
