If you are poor and/or a minority, you are going to jail and that's that. Baby or no baby.

38. I would be really surprised if she was pregnant. It is more likely that her period stoppped because she is so thin. So, unless she gains weight and is actively trying to get pregnant then maybe we'll see a baby is the next year. But I think Nicole is too vain to put on the weight for the sake of a baby.

39. I think society as a whole is getting tired of rich, spoiled, Hollywood brats breaking laws, getting away with murder and exploiting themselves and their families to further their careers. Enough already. I wish the stalkerazzi would leave everyone alone. I believe most would be greatful if we never heard of Paris, Nicole, Lindsay, Brittney etc.

44. Pregnant women DO GO To JAIL. It will not keep you out. They get lower bunks and a little extra food and doctor check ups. That's about it, but pregnancy doesn't keep one out.

45. Pregnant women do go to jail all the time! I just got out of jail---I spent 2 months for my first DWI offense. Never been in trouble in my life. I screwed up and paid the price with very little fanfare. It's what regular people do all the time, fair or no fair. There were three pregnant women in my 50-person pod, and one who had a baby in the county jail clinic. One day after delivery she was back in GP to serve three more weeks, without the baby. She had to make arrangements for the baby to be cared for b/c she couldn't keep her with. Paris and Nicole need to grow up!
