Isaiah: There's No Way I'm Homophobic

Isaiah Washington talks about his experiences working with gays and lesbians as if they aren't commonplace in Hollywood. And water is not wet, and the sky is not blue.

During an interview with the Houston Chronicle, Washington pointed out that he was once hired by a lesbian, saying, "I've been working with lesbian and gay [sic] for 21 years in this business. In New York, my first job was given to me by ... an African American lesbian."

Isaiah says he gets along splendidly with people of all sexual orientations. He told the Chronicle, "My whole existence has co-existed evenly and beautifully with individuals who happen to be gay." Well, except for that whole T.R. Knight thing.

Well I guess Im more inclined to believe Isaiah afterall.

3. T.R knight is a poor pitiful me, cry baby ! And Katherine Heigl wanted a pay increase so she cried about it too. I'm not watching "Greys" anymore. Isiah buddy, move on from this. You are a good actor and frankly you deserve more interesting and better roles.

5. It's pretty plain to see that this man has some serious anger issues and he needs to address and resolve them before attempting to continue in his profession. Whether he likes it or not, NOBODY wants to work with an angry, bigoted co-worker. I hope Hollywood keeps the door closed with a deadbolt lock until Isaiah can get his issues worked out. ABC TV and the producers of Grey's Anatomy did the right thing.

I've read your working on an independent movie. I hope its successful as I've seen that your an excellent actor.

I'm one of many people who won't watch Grey's Anatomy anymore, so know that there are plenty of people who do understand and stand by you.

The producer of Grey's Anatomy, who is Black, stinks. Unfortunately, we Blacks know that we tend to betray ourselves, faster than White folk can actually hurt us. Its has to be a holdover effect from slavery; when the slave owners and overseers pitted light verse dark skinned Blacks against each other in order to survive.

You are an ass. The firing of Isiah was simply a power play by a group that has infiltrated Hollywood and seeks to push its own agenda: The gays. Nothing more and nothing less. If you think this was astrike against bigotry, I have a bridge to sell you.

Mark my words, this is a warning shot to the black community.The gays ( as do all groups seeking to make a point in America) plan to use them as cannon fodder for their corrupt designs. TMZ, since it is run by gays, is merely acting as tool for those wishes.

Isaiah, enough is enough. Most people do not believe you have anything against gay or lesbian people. The media is spinnig this thing and you keep giving them amunition. Stop talking about it (it is no longer an issue) and look to your beautiful future.
