32. Anyone who thinks Kathy Hilton's remark to the judge about his 15 minutes of fame did not hurt her daughter is kidding theirself. I think it's all about attitude...and respect for the courts. Paris Hilton may have had a different outcome had EVERYONE's attitude been more contrite. Anyone agree?

34. How do you get a dui charge dismissed? How do you get 2 DUI DISMISSED?
Where is MADD right now? Why are they not speaking out against this? Does Judge Saur have his own agenda? Maybe the California Bar should be investigating him?
Why isn't anyone screaming out for retribution from this asshole who drove drunk twice?
Maybe it's time to start writing the prosicutors and city attornies and scream for justice.

36. TMZ, seriously, get your crap straight! In fact, Moore's plea was damned near identical to Hilton's, only she had to enroll in alcohol classes and he had to do community service. Same probation period, practically identical fines.

Now, if Moore doesn't do the community service, and repeatedly violates his 36 months probation as Hilton did, then he may be in the clink like she was.

FFS, you keep making it sound like she was pulled over for DUI and sent directly to jail without passing go......quit skewing the facts....sadly, some people look to you for truth, so quit lying!

37. Tell the truth TMZ, it's not like Hilton got sent to jail for her DUI. Long as Moore doesn't break his probation over and over like Hilton did, then he won't be either.


Her plea was almost exactly the same as his; quit trying to make it seem like she got so screwed while no one else has been!

39. I can't believe that people don't know who Shamar is. I didn't watch him on Y & R...I don't watch soaps, but I love him on "Criminal Minds". He is very hot & very talented.

The deal he made shows that he is SMARTER than Paris---not a hard thing to do. He knew not to screw with the law, piss off the judge or VIOLATE PROBATION!!! Oh, wait! Shemar is NOT ON PROBATION!!! 40. I agree with #27!!! Shemar is the hottest guy on the planet!!!!!! I am happy he took responsibilty for his actions.. but I sincerely hope and pray that he doesn't drink and drive next time... even if he blew .8.... I don't think ANYONE has any business drinking and driving--- too many getting injured and killed b/c of drunk drivers... Paris and her bunch NEED to go to jail and have a LONG time out if that is the only way they will learn from their mistakes... Next up, Nicole!! Is it just me... or is anyone ELSE bothered by the fact she was driving in the wrong direction on the FREEWAY??? She could have collided with anyone of us!!!!

44. Wow, what a spin of information good ol' TMZ gave. Paris got a similar sentence you spintastic freaks... She decided to not follow her terms of probation, which is a suspended jail sentence, which is what she is serving now...
so mr. moore, will be looking at 36 months of jail time if he messes up!

that's right he blew a .08 which if you go check the dmv website will tell you is still legal it is anything OVER .08.
