Celebrity Justice
Albuquerque!!! -- Paris is on Larry King

TMZ has learned Paris Hilton will make her post-jail appearance on "Larry King Live" Wednesday night with the King himself.

We are told Hilton will appear in-studio for the entire hour of the show. It's a major coup following the NBC debacle yesterday.

This Monday, TMZ's Harvey Levin will guest-host for King. His guests include Hilton's lawyer, Richard Hutton, and an official from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

UPDATE (3:45 PM PT) -- Paris HIlton has just released this statement:

"I am thrilled that Larry King has asked me to appear on his program to discuss my experience in jail, what I have learned, how I have grown and anything else he wants to talk about. Larry King is not only a world-renown journalist, but a true American Icon. It will be an honor to do his show."Paris Hilton gallery: Click to launch photos

76. Harvey is, frankly, a bag. First the guy has been kissing Baca's ass over this Paris thing, as well as Hilton, saying she was treated unfairly - which she was not. This is the same idiot who was so incensed, and remains pissed off, over Baca's Mel Gibson cover up. What a hypocrite its amazing. Harvey can't decide what the frick he is doing, one minute its unacceptable that Baca gave special treatment to Mel, the next Baca is a hero for giving special treatment to Paris. Any logic in that?

Of course Harvey will argue that Baca is justified in Paris' case because the judge was too harsh on poor Paris. Judge's, in case Harvey's forgotten, have wide discretion in a number of matters. If Paris' attorney had an appellate argument to stand on they would have asked for a stay pending appeal and appealed the Paris sentence as an "abuse of discretion." But in this case the Paris sentence was within the realm of reasonable, just over average, that there was no "unfairness" to it.

Fark off Harvey.

77. Larry, you just lowered your standards and I am so disappointed in you! Why would you interview a convicted felon that has absolutely no ones respect, who has done nothing for anyone but herself. She is not interesting, why would you interview her?? What kind of mark is she going to leave on the world? Of all of your great interviews through the many years, this one does not fit in with any of them. People are rolling their eyes at you.

78. Paris....Just go home..go straight home...pass the jail and the media and Larry King, Truly there is nothing you have to say on National TV..that the public already knows or does not care to know..we have heard it already....Just Hush and keep your promise to do good things...and Tell Mom to back down, don't do an Interview

79. OK, I am going to make a very unpopular statement here, but if Paris has done the time for her crime, and doesn't get paid for the interview (Which I hope is the case), why be so against her talking about her experience? Who knows maybe she can actually help prevent other kids from drinking and driving by telling her story. Also, why does no one have a forgiving spirit? I wouldn't want someone to be so hateful and unforgiving to me if I were in her situation. I understand the anger towards her crime. I really do. I almost lost my husband to a drunk driver, and he lost a dear friend in that accident. However, we can't hate or be unforgiving of the man that drove drunk forever. Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and hoping the other person will die. It only hurts you. Lastly, what if she has really changed? Why not give her a teeny tiny little chance to prove herself? None of us has perfect past, nor are we perfect in the present. So we really need to stop casting those stones, let her past be in the past, and see what she does from here. I am not a fan of Paris', but I believe in giving everyone a second chance, and I believe there is already enough hate in the world; we really don't need to add to it.

81. LARRY KING ! ! Wow, he is so gross and OLD. Surely Paris could have chosen an outlet that wasn't so BORING. I stopped watching his program because his style is not "middle of the road" enough for me. YIKES . . . Larry King, bad decision!

82. Any level of respect I've had for Harvey Levin and CNN (I never had a lot for Larry King to begin with) has just plummeted. Why is anyone giving a national media forum to someone who has done so little of importance?

83. LARRY KING was Arrested in Miami on December 20, 1971 on charges of grand larceny, Larry King was in debt to sustain an extravagant lifestyle among other things. There is a connection here to the Kennedy Assassination, as the debt which prompted this arrest was apparently regarding a loan to a financial backer of Jim Garrison. Garrison was the Louisiana district attorney quasi-offically investigating Kennedy's death.
Larry King is the cable TV talkshow host of CNN's "Larry King Live".

so no wonder they find a deal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
are you proud of me daddy bear ?????

84. I can tell you all right now what the interview will be like:

Poor me, I was cold, I didn't eat, poor me, I got released and had to go back, poor me.

So you all can spare yourselves, no need to watch, I know I am not.

85. Sometimes people with money forget about what is right and wrong..and see money as an easy way out. Paris's mom and dad need to stand back 50 feet and look at the whole picture.....When she gets out she needs to go home..straight home and reflect and start doing good things. I don't want to watch how she had no makeup, no skin moisturizer, couldn't use her cell phone..cause believe me it will be all about that.
