I am 105 pounds and 5'2". If I drive a car after one beer; I can get arrested for a DUI. If I drink one beer, wait an hour, and then drive my car; then I can drive knowing I will not get a DUI. The DMV provides information on how to determine whether you will get a DUI based on weight every time they mail your license. There is no excuse for getting a DUI. I have my chart in my wallet for all my friends who are in denial and want to drive after drinking too much.

53. I think Jessica is an idiot, but being there for a friend in need is something we all need and should do in times of crisis.
Hopefully a message goes to people about drinking and driving and a big can of whoopass justice will be served. Also hope this guy and other stoned drunks get the message to stay off the road before more innocent people are hurt or killed.

58. Apparently, papa Joe is a bad minister. He didn't lead this young man to the right path. He made a huge mistake and nothing can make up for. What kind of idiot drives drunk and kills someone? No one says you can't drink. If you are too drunk to drive, just wait until you are sober before you leave the party.

Two young men destroyed two of my cars. I got no money out of it.; not from their insurance nor from mine. So, I've lost a lot. And, yet, I can still feel for Lane because real tragedy is involved in his situation. In mine it was only property loss.
