Sizemore Gets the Hilton Treatment

Tom SizemoreYou might not be seeing Tom Sizemore on the big screen anytime soon.

Moments ago in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a judge sentenced Sizemore to 16 months in state prison for violating his probation in a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. The court highly recommended that Sizemore serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- due to fact that they have a rehab facility within the prison.

Sizemore is currently being held in L.A. County jail, where he will spend the night. He's been holed up there since June 5. Tomorrow, Sizemore is again scheduled to face the judge, when the court will determine how many days of credit will be applied to his new sentence.

31. #16 Agree with all but one thing in your comment. An addict has to want to be clean and sober. Robert Downey Jr. wanted it, worked for it and achieved it. No luck involved.

33. Hey Tom? Are you going to be a MAN about it or sit and cry in your cell like the little pussy that you are?

34. Poor Tom, caught by the SpeedBug one more time. Sad in many ways. It is true, that Tom has a deadly drug problem - but the solution is (and I've said this before) treatment rather than incarceration. He's going to jail because he violated a court order, not because he uses drugs. The majority of our prison system is filled with drug aoffenders of various descriptions. End-product users, who, by their very addition hurt primarily themselves, would best be served by hospitalization. Did anyone else see ZZYZZYZ? Great flik. Cheers and Best Wishes...

36. Speaking of Paris, in case you haven't heard Bill Zanker President and Founder of "The Learning Annex" has offered Paris Hilton one million dollars to teach a one hour class on "Building your own Brand." They are offering Paris even more money than Donald Trump has been paid as their star instructor! The story is at TMZ.com and is titled "Professor Paris." You can also find a similar article at Thesuperficial.com. I think that this is totally ridiculous considering the fact that Paris is not only a high school dropout but also writes like a first grader! I think Bill Zanker is a complete idiot! You know the old saying "A Fool and his money will soon part!" I would like to know what Paris is qualified to teach? What has she accomplished on her own? Bill refers to Paris as a Brilliant Entrepeneur! What is so brilliant about Paris? Her lack of education? Her handwriting? Her amateur porn video? Lets not forget the fact that she was totally irresponsible and ended up in jail for violating her probation on more than one occasion! I think that everyone should email this Bill Zanker and tell him what we think of Paris Hilton teaching a class for a million dollars! Maybe if he recieves enough emails it will be like her Million Dollar interview with NBC! CANCELED! Please everyone send your emails to williamz@learningannex.com ASAP! Lets stop Paris from making a million dollars as a teacher when she herself does not have an education!

37. It's going to take a team of people to get Tom cleaned up. No one can help him alone. He's going to need a ton of patient professionals dealing with this.

Reading this makes me lose the urge to call my badboy ex. It took a team of people to get him sober. He nearly sunk my ship with his. I thought I alone could talk him into going sober, got him to cut back on drinking but, I finally had enough with the drama. Then he hit bottom and was dying. I asked him if he wanted to die or let others help him. He then helped others to help him, he went with the program. I told him to choose better and find what ever it is that he wants even if it's not me. I let him off the hook. I wouldn't let him keep me as a revolving door either though he wanted that but, he's now doing very well and is strong enough to stay clean and work and live his life. That makes me happy.

I had to do what I had to do and thankfully others were there to help because he would have taken me down with him so, I'm grateful to them for extending his life. Rehab helped him whereas otherwise he would have wreaked havoc on many lives including mine.

I'll say here what I told my ex when he was killing himself with various drugs and alcohol and could no longer get out of bed.

Tom, only you can make the choice to live. No one can make you live. You have to decide if you want to live. You deserve better and are extremely talented and most people can't make the kind of money you make and certainly not as easily. But you're throwing it all away along with your life. All you have to do is choose better. Choose to live. Choose to use your talents. Make good choices. Your body was made to do everything you need it to do, drugs and alcohol makes it difficult, if not impossible, to do the things you really want to do and need to do. Your body can only take so much of this pollution you are putting into it. Like the rest of us, drugs and alcohol will destroy your body. You have to suffer the consequences alone from what you put into your body. You can help your body do its job and make it easy by giving it proper nutrition and exercise or, you can make it hard on your body and slow it down and impair it with polluting drugs. The drugs will defeat your body as they will defeat anyone's body. That's what drugs do. They destroy you. Your body was built to maximize the quality of your life. It will grow weak in its own time. You are rushing your body's aging process, causing it to degrade sooner than it should. Your body doesn't need artificial stimulants. It works optimally without them. You only impair its optimal operation by using them. The happiness you seek is found in living life drug free and alcohol free. It's found in friends, family and on the job. It's found in making good and healthy choices even if those choices seem "boring" at times. So start choosing differently. Chose to be healthy. Put health first. Chose spiritually balance. Chose things that won't invite anger and pain in your life. Chose the peaceful alternative. Make good choices. The only thing standing in your way is that you've been making some bad choices now and then. But the few bad choices you've made have been real doozies (prostitutes and drugs). Start making better choices and you'll have everything and life will be much more enjoyable and easier.
