436. All anybody knows is that his wife and child died first, and then he killed himself. The news reports are saying HE killed them though. I still say he is a coward, and a selfish prick.

Steroids make these guys become enraged and out of control. He killed his wife and child. I know it's hard, even for an "astronaught", to understand. Maybe someone can get in a ring and yell it at you, and you'll understand then.

440. First off, I haven't watched wrestling in the longest time but I always had respect for Benoit's talents.

Joe, your second cousin's scenario might be right, but from the latest reports I heard, the wife (Nancy) was killed Saturday and her body was found in the living room; the son was killed Sunday and was found dead in his bedroom and Chris killed himself on Monday and was found dead in the weight room.

No cause of death was mentioned, but if it's true that the wife was killed Saturday and the son wasn't killed until Sunday, there goes the "mother did it" scenario. Also, if that is the true scenario, I wonder if the son knew his mom was dead or what Chris did in between the deaths. Just spooky and scary all around.

443. I think he is a sick person, Most definitely not anyones Hero. I think his name should be permanently removed from any notoriety. Only a scumbag would kill a kid. I hope this guy rots in hell for eternity. A father is a hero to his sons and for one to do this to a little kid like that is despicable. No one even knows the horror home life his family went through and I feel so bad for the families on both his side and his wifes. So sad.

444. i do not beileve for a minute that story a person earlier on here said that he came home and found his kid dead then killed is wife and himself. every other site i have read says all the same things murder suicide by him. which isnt any better then that story. i dont think that should be posted until it is confirmed someones cousin isnt really creditable to me. sorry.

i personally really liked him but apparently he was a VERY troubled man. like they say you never know whats going on behind closed doors

446. I am absolutely shocked! I haven't watched WWE for years (I was a huge fan between ages 15 and 18), but Benoit was always a favorite of mine. I just can't believe it...I'm just happy that I had the opportunity to see him wrestle live. God bless the Benoit family in Heaven.

447. Hmmm....Benoit alive for 2 days after the wife and child were dead? "Weapons" found on the premises? Yeah, Chris Benoit became the angel of death himself and now is paying for it in hell. Steroids people, steroids. The road life of a wrestler, the roids. My guess is that there was marital problems, she threatened to take the child away from him and he completely raged. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if this were the case.
