76. Wrestling fan or not. This is a tragedy. Within a span of 2 years. 2 very popular and atheletic wrestler's have left us way two early (Eddie Guerrero-38 & Chris Benoit-40) They were Friends .
In wrestling, and all other sports, We have to except the fact that the juice is not worth it.
I hope there's some jocks reading this, and realizes, that it isn't worth borrowing years from the end. You hurt more than just yourself. WWE. Should stop ignoring the fact that you have a problem.

77. yes it's sad, but why did his wife stay with him, come to find out she filed for a divorce in May 2003,saying their three-year union was irrevocably broken and alleging "cruel treatment. and a restraining order , she should have left way before now, the police found these records, i just wonder what the mother of his other children have to say when it comes to chris benoit, yes he was a good wrestler, but they can say all kinds of good things about him, and not truly know the real person. i think the drugs had a huge play in all this, but maybe his wife could have protected her child and herself and left back in 2003. apperently had a lot of demons to battle with,

78. Cleve, he never looked insane. He didn't yell, he didn't scream. He was known for his quiet nature.

He was one of the main guys several years back when a referee died of cancer that helped raise money for the guys family.

I don't condone him killing her, the son or himself at all, but I also am not stupid enough to think that there wasn't something big that caused the guy to 'flip'

80. I like many people here have had trouble believing this has happened. I feel great sympathy for the families including Benoit's other children! I also fell pity for Benoit. What could have made a man who seemingly loved his family do such things? Benoit was a great wrestler and performer. This will forever over shadow any good he did in the world. The only solice this offers is his son Daniel and wife Nancy are together and are at peace.

84. Ignore the murder, Chris Benoit was a wrestler. He was a legend and many people looked up to him.

It is a tragedy that something caused this, but God works in mysterious ways.

All I'm going to say to the people that are condemind him and prattling on about the Bible, who put the Bible beside Mrs. Benoit and her son? Chris Benoit.

So do not condemn this man, he saw the error of his ways and in shame took his life.

89. Wait, I'm not done yet. This was no rage killing. According to autopsy reports, he bound his wife's hands and feet before he killed her on Friday. A person doesn't take the time to restrain their victim in a rage killing. they just do it. He then waited until Saturday morning to kill his son. Guess he thought spending some quality time with his kid before killing him was the least he could do.

90. Actually Chris Benoit is NOT IN HEAVEN BESIDE GOD. If you read the Bible you will see that suicide is unforgivable sin ,this means that murderer is in Hell where he belongs.I hope you all think of that little boy everytime you tune in to feed the mcmahon wallet. We should boycott this crap until we se changes,get these guys off steroids and make them realize they are public figures that kids live up to and make them straighten up and set a decent example
