When the Hilton SUV hit a red light on the way home from Lynwood jail, the paparazzi trailing her used it as an opportunity to jump out of their cars and surround the vehicle.
The photogs snapped away -- creating a massive flashbulb frenzy -- before the light finally turned green and the SUV made a left turn and went on its way.

22. Yeah, I was so nervous while watching that. Those Paparrazi could had made a huge accident. They where all over the place and I can't believe that no cops where there, They should had escort them all the way to there home safetly. Even the reporter was concern while watching the live video & giving the news. OMG I have never seen something like that,When all those paparrozi got to her grandparents house they when worst.. I felt bad for the family they looked like nervous like they dint know where to go, I think they where trying to loose the paparrazi by pretending to arrive but then kept driving..That was scary I thought something bad was going to happen in front of our eyes..and there was no cop to help them if something would had happened.. Some one needs to put a stop to those paparrazi did you see how they drove like they owned the streets..OMG They drove like they where cops chasing america most wanted.. That was not safe for no one!! I'm glad everyone is ok!!

25. The one thing I can agree with here is the paparazzi have broken sooo many laws, putting themselves and other's at risk. What a disgusting sight!!
Why can't the police take video's such as this display of misconduct - just like they would if a crime was commited on video at a public melee that got out of hand.
They would ask the public to identify suspects - why not start cracking down on these maniac professional stalkers?

28. I hope the Hilton family sues LA county for Millions. Both for the unfair jail time AND for their depraved indifference and reckless neglegence in not providing protection after her release. I thought there was a good chance we were going to see Princess Dianna, the rerun, live and in living color. The paparazzi are the bottom feeding pond scum of the earth.

29. Ok, I would not watch any of this live on TV. However, in viewing what TMZ has on several of these Hilton articles, all I can say is that I have never in my life seen anything like this (and I live in the LA area).
Someone has to be questions as to why the paps were allowed to put lives at risk with what they have done. Someone has to be questioned as to why the City of Los Angeles/Sheriff's department did not do a better job of taking steps in advance to keep this from happening. They knew what was going to happen, although like me, I do not think they realized just how bad it would get.
As much as I would balked at the extra $$$$ spent to give them full escort home (and I will admit, had they done so I would have been the first to cry foul that once gain, the Hilton family was getting special treatment), in this case, it would have been the wisest thing to do.
Now that this has happened, I am so very afraid that the paps will feel free to go even further. Paris needs to get out of the USA and lay low in another country for quite a while. And I do mean lay low, completely out of the spotlight or she will be facing this wherever she goes.
But, then again, perhaps other parts of the US and other countries would have never allowed the paps to do this.
I have a feeling that somebodys head is gonna roll over this.
