Over Here Paris! Photogs Mob Hilton Vehicle

Click to return to TMZ.comWhen the Hilton SUV hit a red light on the way home from Lynwood jail, the paparazzi trailing her used it as an opportunity to jump out of their cars and surround the vehicle.

The photogs snapped away -- creating a massive flashbulb frenzy -- before the light finally turned green and the SUV made a left turn and went on its way.

31. Something should be done about these stupid "paparazzi's" or plain ole picture snapping, no talent, morons. I wish half of them had gotten run over by the SUV when the light changed. Who cares about these stupid pictures they take, that anyone could snap. They have no talent, and shouldn't be getting publicity. They are so silly, we shouldn't even by talking about these idiots.

32. I hate how much attention Paris is getting! For what? The girl did time in jail so what! It's not like she found a cure for AIDS. She's nothing but a media whore!!!

33. The ride home could have been done without all the fanfare IF the Hiltons had wanted it that way. I watched the entire release/drive and they could have changed things to avoid the limelight.

Yes, like rolling up the windows.

Actually, I thought it was dangerous of them to be so open to the public; anyone could have caused them harm in some way.

36. Ashamed to admit I did watch the coverage. I was stunned to see the way the media was acting and for what? It reminded me of cockroaches on food. I can't believe the police didn't give them an escort home if only to protect the public from the way they were driving. Running stop signs with no regard to anyone else.

Shame on them all.

37. I watched (live) the entire scene of Paris Hilton's release from jail to ultimately arriving behind the gates of her home. What I found completely absurd was the horde of media following her car with out a law enforcement official in sight. I witnessed numerous road violations by the various Paparazzi driving their cars. It felt like Princess Diana all over again. I felt badly for the people in the Hilton vehicle and prayed for their safety, at that point. Having the constant barrage of flashbulbs in their eyes. That in itself is dangerous for the driver! Not to mention fellow innocent drivers on the road, they were put in jeopardy too. Why couldn't there be a Police escort-to guarantee the safety of EVERYONE on the road??....because Paris would then be getting "special treatment"?? Give me a break!!
