This is against the law it doesn't matter if she call the assitant to ask how it looks,you new she was in a dressing room and should had not photograph her even if you seen it through the glass from outside store. That means that if you break the law others will do it,and everytime she goes into a store,restaurant..ext people will snap a photo with there cell cam and sell it to you,just to make money. 49. It's pretty funny/sad how many people can't understand a simple story. She stepped OUT of a dressing room, topless. No one went into the dressing room to secretly snap a picture. Now, I don't know about any of you, but when I'm trying on clothes I don't walk out into the store half naked to ask people how I look. ESPECIALLY if I knew there were photographers about waiting to snap my picture. Puhleeze already.

54. I think this goes beyond the pale-- there is absolutely no reason to be taking pics of her in the dressing room. Yes she is a public figure but she deserves basic respect, she's in a drressing room!! I don't necessarily think that she has presented herself in the best light lately but if you were being STALKED 24/7 I'm sure some incriminating photos would show up. As for the comments about how she looks bad, should be home with her kids or that she's full of herself, get a life. She looks great, even moms shop and everyone stares at themselves in the mirror-- especially in a dressing room!

56. Abbey. Respectfully, most women wear undies while out and about in a 3" long skirt. Most women don't exit their car with their straps down after "sunbathing" in a convertible with the top down. Most women don't step out of a curtained dressing room to oogle themselves in the mirror while topless. She knew the paps could snap this picture if indeed she didn't arrange for the picture to be taken. I have no sympathy for Britney. She could avoid these type of pictures very easily.
