107. Let's make this perfectly clear - Paris DID get special treatment. Let me count the ways: 1) You reported she had an early (2:00 a.m.) phone call to Barbara Walters - SPECIAL FAVOR - Inmates are only allowed to make phone calls at specific "phone times" and I assure you, 2:00 a.m. is not one of those times; 2) Paris entered with hair extensions and came out with them --- ANY OTHER INMATE (MALE OR FEMALE) WITH EXTENSIONS IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE THEM OR CUT THEM OUT DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALSO, ALL FALSE FINGERNAILS MUST BE REMOVED. Amazingly, she came out with her extensions in place! 3) Having other inmates turn their faces to the wall when "Queen Paris" passes by -- what a crock. And, what a way to encourage the ire of the other inmates. 4) Last, but certainly not least, I have worked with California prisoners for over 25 years. I can give you 100% assurance that no prisoner's "mental health deterioration" is ever given a thought by anyone in the prison system - state or county. Baca's "concern" over Paris' "fragile" state is the biggest B.S. ever. Of course the poor dear was "depressed" - she was being deprived for the first time in her life and made to pay the consequences of her thoughtless and dangerous actions. What a concept. Paris - Grow UP!!! You are 26 years old and still need Mommy and Daddy to take care of you? I am so tired of this idiot celebu-tard. She will never ever survive real adversity because she has not been forced to deal with reality. However, we are punished also by having to listen to this drivel day and night. Puke!

109. Enough is Enough, you are such a liar. I KNOW people that were in her situation and did it again. They did not go to prison. They went to jail for like 10 days. These were regular people too, not even wealthy. I also know a DA for Santa Clara County and she said this judge was a little over the top and probably just wanted attn. for himself. So you telling ME I have a lack of knowledge of the justivce system is laughable. Choke, you blow hard.

Knowledge shall be conclusively presumed if mailed notice has been given by the department to the person pursuant to Section 13106. The presumption established by this subdivision is a presumption affecting the burden of proof.

(b) Any person convicted under this section shall be punished as follows:

Since this is Paris Hilton's second "known" offense, she should get somewhere between 10 days to 1 year in prison, she got 23 days. That being said, Judge Sauer's decision was in accordance with the law.
