Paris to Larry King: Freedom Is Overwhelming

Click to return to TMZ.comTMZ has obtained a first look at Larry King's exclusive interview with Paris Hilton. Paris said, among other things, that the day she got out of the pokey was the happiest day of her life.

In another clip of Larry King's interview with Paris, Hilton was on the verge of tears. She said that when she went in for sentencing, she thought she was going to get community service and was shocked to be going to jail.

In her interview with Larry King, Paris described how she pulled a fast one one the media at the MTV Movie Awards by making everyone think she wasn't going to jail that night. Paris says she fooled everyone because they didn't get the shot of her going in. Well, Paris, not exactly! For the record, TMZ got the shot!

Larry's inquiring mind wanted to know, so he went there and asked Paris if she has ever been addicted to drugs. Paris said no, adding she's "not a big drinker." Party on, Paris!

Paris Hilton told Larry King the food at the Lynwood Jail was awful. Baloney for lunch -- which the inmates called "mystery meat." As for dinner, Paris wasn't really sure what it was. They called it "jail slop."

The full interview airs tonight at 9:00 PM ET on CNN.

22. ENOUGH!! about Paris Hilton already! WHO REALLY CARES??? There Isn't enough going on In the world that we need to constantly hear about the sad heiress?? You do the crime you do the time. Why should these famous people be treated any differently than anyone else?? Oh that's right, Because they have money! If you ask me she got off lightly!! and should be greatful that's all the time she had to do. And I bet she still hasn't learned her lesson. Must be really nice to come from money!!

23. Next time anyone goes to jail for DUI, they should complain to the judge saying that they suffer from severe attention deficit disorder, Dry Skin, and closterphobia and see how much shorter their jail sentence will be. Its a bunch of bull that she got off so easy. It's now a fact that money can buy you freedom in this country. Better question is how can someone go to jail and come out of jail more famous than they were when they went it. America seriously get a life.

26. I believe that she was used to make a point to the public. I believe that her punishment was unfair and extreme. If it were you or I we would have gotten off with a suspended license for 6 months and nothing else. I do believe that she learned a lesson that will not be forgotten. It is just ashame that the media won't let it be forgotten either.

29.
Let Paris be Paris.I beginning to see that she mellow down. She learn her lesson the hard way.Somewhere in the bible it written something like this "The wise learn from other people mistake but the fool learn from their destruction."So I think her bad experience had made her look humble. When come to God and money.God has the final says. That my christian thought for today.
