Vivica A. Gets Racial

TMZ has obtained an arrest report written after the California Highway Patrol arrested Vivica A. Fox for DUI in March, and it appears the actress copped a major attitude.

The officer says in the report, after she was stopped, "Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, 'Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"

In the section of the report in which the officers are asked to describe the demeanor of the person they're arresting, the officer wrote "demeaning." We're told things got volatile enough that a patrol sergeant was called to the scene.

Daniel Laubscher, the officer who wrote the report, and who Fox called "racist," is white. The other officer, called "brother" by Fox, is Sam Dealba -- and he's Hispanic.

Fox was taken to the station where a breath test was administered. The report reads, "Fox then burped quite loudly and I then aborted the test." She was also advised she could take off her 3-4 inch high heeled spiked boots, but "she told me she was a dancer and felt more comfortable wearing them."

Fox has been charged with one count of DUI and one count of driving while impaired. We're told she blew a .09, just over the .08 legal limit. If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Fox's rep had no comment.

For those that are Black and can't believe that am saying this---"So what" there are an ARMY of Oprah minded, Will Smith minded people who welcome all races and have been SILENT for too long. And we are TIRED of carrying you like a BALL AND CHAIN---BE EXPOSED AND PERISH-----PLEASSSSSSSSE----

67. Wow, people are just getting stupid. Lets stop comparing apples to oranges and get to the core of the issue. What she said was wrong because calling someone racist without proof is racist itself, and to follow it by trying to get the "brother" cop to let you go is worst. And I really don't care who is mixed with what, "brother" is a racial term. If a white guy called a group of black guys " a bunch of brothers" he'd get his ass kicked. And the fact is that every race has racists, and we all have rules we need to follow and I think they should all be the same and at the moment, they are not. Micheal Richards ruined his career forever because he didn't know that white people using racial terms was racist, but someone like Carlos Mencia doing it is cutting edge. It's wrong either way. Its odd because Ive heard him do his white guy voice and I don't know anyone who talks like that. Even Richard Pryor got over it. If youre gonna single someone out because of race, you should be treated like anyone else who does it, no matter what color you are. Mel Gibson and Vivica Fox should both be ashamed, but I dont think anyone will treat it the same, and thats why people will never get over it all. Maybe we should all sit around and watch "blazing saddles" and see how racial satire should be done. We could all laugh together, because thats what we all realy need to do.

BTW, I'm half mexican, half irish and my girl friend is black/japenese/native american and when we have a kid, he/she is gonna get to be mad about everything.

69. 22. I'm convinced that once they take you to the station it's all over, those machines won't register anything below the legal limit. I'm not defending Fox by the way, i'm just commenting about those machines the cops use.

That's total bullcrap!!! Plenty of people who were drunk at the time of the stop (on the side of the road) by the time they GET to the station and blow into the machine (on a "busy" night the officers all have to stand in line and wait their turn with their "customer") and by the time the suspect drunk actually blows in the machine they are what's termed "coming down" from a higher blood alchohol level to one that registers below the legal limit. It happens a LOT, ask any cop. You can believe that or not. Hell, ask any lawyer! They'll tell you it's true, if you don't wanna believe a cop, cuz you probably think they all lie anyway.

72. Alright, everyone to a nuetral corner...

What's apparent by Vivica Fox's dumbass remarks is she's not very bright. Also, it shows that celebrities are just like everyone else (just because you have money or fame, it doesn't make you better; it just makes you richer or more famous); they'll play the race card when it's to their advantage. Color of the sluring party isn't an issue; people will play it whenever they want. Whether that means calling someone a racial slur to beat them down (ie Mel Gibson or Isaiah Washington), or to try to get something they want (ie Vivica Fox) or to make them feel much worse about themselves (any number of examples), celebrities are just like you & me. They're just as dumb as everyone else, and should not be held up as paragons of virtue; they possess all the bad habits we do.

So, now that we know that celebrities are not good role models, instead of indulging in idiotic "all white people are XXX" or "all black people are YYY" comments, why don't we instead just call it as it is? These are comments made by a not very bright hollywood starlet, who tried to play the race card to get out of trouble she caused. She tried, she failed, and she's going to be suffering the consequences very shortly. I suspect that, aside from her legal troubles, she's soon going to have trouble getting work. Right or wrong, she definitely deserves a smack down for her dumbass remarks. Just like Mel deserved his. And Isaiah. And Paris. And OJ (oops, bad example; he needs to be bitch slapped off planet earth just on general principles), etc...

73. It kills me the way white people say that we need to go back where we belong. All of you really need to proofread before you post. I guess those Ivy League schools did not teach you that much. I guess you are just jealous. Lay off the race issue because it is just awful.

74. As a black person, I have to agree with whites on this; it is stupid that we use the n word against each other. Some of us are also quick to call a white person racist. Some are, black people use it as an easy cop out to a gripe. I listen to black comedians use race in jokes, but let a white person do that....then there will be hell to pay. It really bother me simply because I believe in the idea "Treat others as you would want to be treated".
