Vivica A. Gets Racial

TMZ has obtained an arrest report written after the California Highway Patrol arrested Vivica A. Fox for DUI in March, and it appears the actress copped a major attitude.

The officer says in the report, after she was stopped, "Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, 'Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"

In the section of the report in which the officers are asked to describe the demeanor of the person they're arresting, the officer wrote "demeaning." We're told things got volatile enough that a patrol sergeant was called to the scene.

Daniel Laubscher, the officer who wrote the report, and who Fox called "racist," is white. The other officer, called "brother" by Fox, is Sam Dealba -- and he's Hispanic.

Fox was taken to the station where a breath test was administered. The report reads, "Fox then burped quite loudly and I then aborted the test." She was also advised she could take off her 3-4 inch high heeled spiked boots, but "she told me she was a dancer and felt more comfortable wearing them."

Fox has been charged with one count of DUI and one count of driving while impaired. We're told she blew a .09, just over the .08 legal limit. If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Fox's rep had no comment.

Fine, as a white person, I'm a racist for not wanting to generalize. "You people" refers to the bloggers who love to take the action of one a**hole and peg it on an entire group of people, like so many bloggers on this site are apt to do. Ms. Fox is a mess but she doesn't represent anyone but herself.

I think the main reason why this is not getting as much press as Mel Gibson's tirade (he's a mess too) is because Vivica A. Fox, try as she might, has never gotten past the Dlist (maybe C+), whereas Mel used to be A List.

80. I spend my hole summer trying to get a tan because I am white. Michael Jackson spent his fortune bleaching his skin to get white. We are a mess. Hispanics have it made they are the perfect shade. So I guess color should not matter because no one is happy with there shade of color. I have great comfort knowing that spots never change. This way you always know what some one is thinking about your color. I call that keeping it real. I have to many things to do in this life other than worry about someone's shade. All should probably find something else to do. Good luck with your private agenda vVvica hope it gets you out of your DUI but probably will not.

81. Just one more example of a black person using race in an attempt to escape the consequences of their behavior. The fact that liberals and "black leaders" such as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton encourage the idea that others are to blame when a black person breaks the law is one of the reasons blacks make up such a large percentage of the prison population in America. When people are told from the time they are children that their unacceptable behavior is the fault of others it isn't hard to figure out that the behavior will continue and likely get worse. Members of other races do the same sort of thing but not on the scale of blacks. There are plenty of good accomplished black role models in America but instead of following these people most blacks follow Jesse and Al while referring to the others as "sell-outs" or "uncle Toms." I guess it's easier to follow someone who tells you that everything bad that happens to you is the fault of someone else.

86. ....when in doubt, throw the race card, that will send Al Sharpton to your rescue!
It makes me sick, if everyone is striving for racial equality, stop trying to get a break based on your race. I've become much more sensitive to color, race and religious issues in the past few years. I've also get much more pissed-off at these types of things. You can't expect compassion when you expect a free pass because of your color.

87. This whole racial "poor me" attitude isn't even taken seriously any more. So many minorities cannot, or won't, take responsibility for their actions, it's always someone elses fault, 99% of the time the "whities" are the catalysts and cause all the problems of the Blacks. I have a 20 year old "mixed" grandaughter whose only parent, my daughter, died and left her an orphan at 16. She lives in both worlds, looking predominantly black but embracing both cultures. She has mentioned how various black students at college blame everything from bad grades to not being invited to certain private functions, to racism. These well educated young men and women grew up in a world where they were taught whites caused all their problems, and the habit to blame dies hard. People in the public eye like Ms Fox foment all this finger-pointing by their stupidity.

89. Teehutch - Viv made a stupid comment, she assumed that because she was being treated like Joe Citizen that the "white" cop was a racist and the hispanic cop was going to somehow "save her". Whatever, you break the law you pay. Viv brought up race not the bloggers on this site that are sick of the double standard. You may assume I'm a racist because I'm white, even though I've said or done nothing to make you "feel" that way. However, Viv removed all doubt when she refered to the race of the cops. Drunk women's words from a sober women's mind.
