Britney Spears' mug was popped last night as she headed into a supermarket to fetch a few groceries after a hard couple of hours in the recording studio.
Wearing a tweed cap to hide her scraggly, shoe-dyed weave -- in her new disguise as a 1930s gangster/Calamine lotion spokeswreck -- the pop star picked up some corn flakes, eggs and cleaning supplies for her palatial mansion.
It's hard to be squeezin' in everything when you're a single mom, y'all.

to all you complete morons who say "leave her alone"....SHE is the media WHORE...the one who wants all the attention. She is not a celebrity anymore, just an average, everyday person. We all have flaws, what makes hers news worthy? JUST LEAVE THE GIRL ALONE. I'm not a fan of hers, but no one deserves this treatment. She is just trying to live her life. It's the stupid photogs, they won't leave her alone.

I don't know why I continue to be surprised by the infantile level of writing by the TMZ staff. These types of childish articles about Britney Spears sink to the level of "mean girls" in middle school. I'd expect better from someone supposedly adult and holding a paying writing job. (if TMZ actually pays for this crap).
So what happened? You saw Britney go to the store, like a responsible parent/adult, after some hours hard at work, you couldn't think of anything to write about, so you resorted to the easiest lowest common denominator?
What's Britney ever done to you? Seems she's just tried to make a life out of what she has. She's got an ex husband who was known to have affairs, who invited his drug dealers to her house with her children there. She's got a mother who's all about her own publicity and still trying to run adult Britney's life. She's got media on her like fleas on a hound dog, every step she takes.
Oh, yes, she's got more money and fame than any of you will ever have.
