im a long time prowrestling fan. chris was one of my favorites.i also have a child w autism.i know the depression and stress of having a child that has a mental deficiency and will always be needing assistance in the world. its tragic enough to have a child w a disorder such as this.i was shocked as much as anyone when this news came out. since the toxicology results are not back yet we dont know. but i think there was alot more going on than just blaming everything on steroids. as a woman who was married to controlling spouse,i can understand what kind of a situation nancy and daniel lived under.i think there was a side of chris that we did not know that was hidden so well.i think nancy was in a space where the only way she could "leave" chris was by death.i have no doubt this man probably threatened to kill her as the only way of getting out of the marriage. there was violence,a separation,order of protection.there was a side of this man that was kept very hidden. we dont know because we didnt live their lives. but i think there was alot more going on here than just steroids.they may or may not have exacerbated the situation.but i think we have 2 adults who for whatever reason chose to keep their childs disorder a secret.who seemed to choose to keep everything hidden,rather than get help for themselves as well as their child.perhaps nancy would of gotten help.maybe she was not allowed to say anything.i know the situation of being with a person who is so controlling that one doesnt know when the other shoe is going to drop,what will set them off.i dont think we will ever know exactly what happened in these peoples lives. i just wished now in hindsight that they could of gone for help.its so tragic

This is a sad event. The entire club of professional wrestlers needs to be investigated with their "hush, hush", attitude on the domestic abuse and drug usage of it's players. This is a credible story and one that should be blown wide open. The corruption of their wrestling federation is remarkable and goes silent most of the time so that we, the public keep purchasing their programs, fan items, etc. Pitiful..... investigate it.... and expose it! For our young boys and youth!!!!

This is a terrible tragedy. My prayers go out to the families. I hope they can find the answers they seek and are able to find some sort of closure. I'll not judge Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit or anyone else related to this horrific event - that is a job for God. I do hope that Daniel did not suffer - that his death was quick and that he was unaware that his father was trying to end his life.

No problem. I just laugh when I hear people talk about a ficticious (ap?) character like god and all that religious crap. Poor people. It's just sad how people can have that control their life so much. Oh well. Have a good day. LOL.

i look at the face of that innocent little boy and wonder how someone could do such a thing, i to have children with fragile x syndrome and i know first hand that they could never do any thing to deserve to be killed by someone that is saposed to be there to love and care for them. chris benoit should definetly burn in hell for this.

All of you will be sorry when you finally get ALL of the facts! This is such a sad, sad and tragic event that took place. I don't condone murder in any way, shape or form... but what I think happened is that Nancy is the one who killed Daniel! Nancy is the one who was wanting Chris home more to help her with Daniel... maybe it was Nancy who snapped? Obviously she was getting tired and needed help with her son, he could have been a handful for her and she just couldn't take it anymore... everyone is wondering what made Chris snap... well THAT would make Chris snap! Chris LOVED his son, you could totally see it, I don't believe for a minute that he killed Daniel... I do however believe that he killed his wife because she took his son away from him! In the end... he killed himself because he's lost his son, killed his wife and being in the state that everyone thinks he was in he felt the only thing he could do was take his own life. No matter what... the whole thing stinks and I wish them all to RIP.

You people really need to grow up. You never walked in his shoes and didnt know what was
brought this all to a fruition. Im not saying there is an excuse for what he did..but he was a great man ALL his life and at the end did a horrible tihng, but he should burn in hell for it? We should all stop judging him. He wasnt us...and his family wasnt our family...and quite honestly its NONE of our buisness. So before you go damming people to hell and calling him names look at yourself.

i just can't believe some of u. u all just assume he is guilty because how it all happened. it's kind of funny how someone wrote on his page saying that he missed hie event at vengence and johnny nitro replaced him to do his wife being dead. that message was put up 14 hrs before they found them. we all know chris never put that up there cause by that time he was dead. i'm sticking my story that i have thought since day 1 someone else was in that house and staged this to look like a murder suicide.

TO MISSY: I am with you... either it went they way I stated above OR someone else was involved... I can't wait until the Toxicology reports come out to help get a better outlook on what exactly happened.

I want to tell all of you that I suffer from depression, anxiety AND agoraphobia... so I sympathize to a certain extent with how Chris may have felt leading up to this event (IF he did indeed commit the crimes) until you have walked in someone else's shoes... they always say!

Well, at least this low life Benoit saved the people of Georgia untold millions of dollars in prosecution costs. Now what needs to be done is investigate the doctor who prescribed his meds and WWE for any connection or culpability in this case. And don't tell me Vince doesn't know whats going on in his empire. To believe Vince is clueless in this matter is like believing in the tooth fairy.

I think u all need to grow up if some one snaps it is not all there fault it is our fault for not seeing it like we should have. As for the so called drug used the police report says nothing about it, Look it up its on Google people. This man did allot for allot of people in his life and because he finally snaps because we was not there to pick him up when he needed us he is an animal. I am not justifying what he did but where do we draw the line between stupidity and fact. Come on
