Birkhead to Opri -- I Hit the Bar

TMZ has learned Larry Birkhead has filed a formal complaint against Debra Opri with the State Bar of California.

We're told in his complaint, filed June 8, Birkhead claims Opri "misappropriated" hundreds of thousands of dollars he earned from a network TV deal and won't give it back. Birkhead asked the State Bar, "Please help me."

The complaint is pending.

1547. I have a difficult time figuring out how Larry is "right" as you suggest, sugardaisy. How is he decent and sincere when the most redeeming quality about him is that he is the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's child?
I don't mean to sound so negative but I'm really curious as to how Larry Birkhead can be portrayed much better than the other characters in this sordid affair. They all seem to be chasing the leftovers of unclaimed estates.

1548. I love Mark Fuhrman. I think he is one of the most intelligent and informative guests that they have on Fox News. This guy has been around the block and has a proven track record for his investigations. He suggested that most likely someone (Howard) most likely knew of Anna's condition hours befor she died. He also said that it does not make sense the there were no bottles found at the Hard Rock for the drugs that were in Anna's system.

I smell a cover up. I hope they keep this in the media so that some day justice will be served for Anna and Daniel.

WTF, do you idiots not know anything? she agreeed to render her services for FREE, knowing to do so would get her good PR and get her name out there for guys whos babies mommas die and need legal aid in getting them back from their 'so-called daddies' and get a bit of the anna nicole death celebrity that everyone and their dead grandmother seem to want.

1550. Hmmm. No one is posting on this site. They must have gone to the site where it talks about Dr. Khris, etc. being investigated. Hope they do something about her. No doctor should be allowed to order that many drug so that the person overdoses.
