17. I love the photo of K-Fed posted with this. Gotta love TMZ for their "talent" of finding the least flattering photos possible. Didn't ever bother reading the post though 'cause I don't care. One of the best things you could do for your kids is choose wisely when it comes to choosing their father, so clearly Brit and Shar are both idiots.

18. Let's see... Kevin left one set of kids, doesn't have a job, spent his marriage out partying, left Britney alone with both sons to go party all the time and has never once been seen in public with either child alone. He thinks he can make demands? I think it's the other way around. No wonder Britney hates her mom for giving him the kids.

20. I think K Fed should get the kids. How can Britney be a decent mother when she is out clubbing all the time. Hell, she can't even remember to wear panties so how's she gonna remember to put diapers on those little rug rats??

21. Britney should take this guy to the cleaners. What a LOSER!!!!!! Isnt he embarrassed to be famous and rich all due to his knocking up Britney? I mean the guy has no talent except for impregnating women =(

I hope she makes this divorce long and drawn out and difficult for him. Make it so long his atty bills will be huge.

Him pulling the custody card is over now. She went to rehab and hasnt been partying, which I dont see why was such a big deal in first place, unless she was partying around the kids. He thinks he has all this power with the kids and I got news for him every judge in America sides with mother and no judge would veer give father full custody unless proof of drug use or abuse.

Isnt it red flag that he is using the kids to get more $ out of her. Oretending he questions her parenting suggesting to much partying- pleeaaasssee as if he is father of the year. Kevin did you forget you ditched your baby in the womb for next best thing atthe time (Britney)? Terrible father, role model etc =(

24. Dani - doesnt the fact that her father divorced mother because of pressures of ent industry speak volumes about her mother who is so into fame and fortune! Dont get me wrong yes she sacrificed alot for Britney but in return for her to have a famous daughter and $. I think her mom wants to be in tabloids/famous more than Britney. her mother is so stupid handing over the kids to KFed (not the lesser of 2 evils). If I was Britney to get bakc in control of my life I would ditch my mom for now. The mom is to into her own self and Britney needs to step away from that & deal w/ her own life then have a mother/daughter only relationship w/ her mom not a working one.

26. I think that neither one of them deserve custody of the kids! Britney is always too busy for the kids and I think K-fed only wants to use them to get money out of Britney! Maybe Britneys' Mother should petition the court for custody?

Furthermore, unless Spears in paying spousal support, he has no income to support these two growing young lads.

At least Spears can hire folks to raise her kids for her.

30. Two trainwrecks raising children. How sad for the innocents. I saw a TMZ Video of Brittney the other day of her singing as a child. What a voice she had. Incredible! It's a shame to see this talented gal fall so hard. I pray that she gets lifted up and changes expecially for the children.
