Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.

35. Sorry to say this people but K-Fed has proven to be the more responsible and reliable parent!!!! Britney is a piece of crap, that goes out of her way to get attention in a negative way. She doesn't give a crap about herself, how much good is she going to be for her kids. Money has nothing to do with K-Fed's intentions. He loves his boys, and he doesn't feel that she is focusing on her children. Only on making an ass of herself, oh excuse me showing her ass and among other things to everyone. She has COMPLETELY lost herself. She is absolutely NOT the Britney that we all once loved. That Britney is gone forever.

38. First, the state of California needs to step in and take these two kids away from these dirt bag parents.
Second, someone needs to get Britney committed. There is something definitely wrong with her. Regardless of her horrendous style, her partying is out of control and the nakedness should be a reason to get her locked in a padded room. She needs a time out.
K-Fed is a user, dirtbag and he needs go to back under his rock. Someone from Britney's camp needs to not give him a cent more and take back what they can as she certainly is not of the right mind to have dealt in any of this.
Save these two little boys and someone needs to save Britney. She does not need to regain her career. She has more money than she will ever need if she has a good investment team. What she does need is that she needs to save her life.

39. This punk loser has no room to make demands on anybody. He is a nobody loser and wouldn't have a dime if it weren't for Britney. How can a talentless loser who leaves a woman who is pregnant (Shar) say that Britney is an unfit parent? Since they are both 50-50 unfit, they should share 50-50 custody. However, if I had to choose sides I would choose Britney. I hate those big ass shoes he wears with no shoe laces, that sideways hat, those long, baggy shorts, and those T-shirts. He just looks stupid. She should have never had kids with him because she will always have ties with him.

and Britts mom looks like an idiot with k fed. im sure britt got her mom out of her life for the right reasons . these people always end up learning the hard way in that kind of life. your family will try and take everything you have.

45. This messed up young girl wanted someone to love her for her, so badly she married some guy in Las Vegas. Then turns around months later and marries crap. He told her what she needed to hear. Then had two sons, who would love her for her. He is just a no talent, money grubbing piece of #$%^. She will have to deal with that piece of (&%^ the rest of her life, or until the last boy turns 18. He only wants more money. She sure didn't give a darn about his kids with his girlfriend before her, but "THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROTE OF ALL EVIL", AND HE REALLY IS EVIL.....
