Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.

50. Ever since Fed-ex came into her life she has aged 10-15 years and looks trashier than ever. No matter what, she will not make a come back, even with weight loss she still looks very ugly. She deserves it, KARMA, for what she did to Justin T., see how it works... Cry me a river Britney Boo hoo. Take it all Fed-ex!!! 51. Now that we have seen the "dark side" of the so-called Pop Princess, I have done a complete 360 on K-Fed. As far as I'm concerned, he needs to fight her for those kids and for a trust fund for the kids that even he cannot touch. Bcz she is going to self-destruct and he will just keep cugging along. I have new respect for him. Oh, and once they set up the trust funds, K-Fed should get child support. He has earned it BIG TIME!

Where were Britney's parents when she needed some serious professional counseling the year she hooked-up with her childhood friend and then this person? Trustingly, a personal and professional mentor of substance will enter her life soon and put her back on track so she doesn't lower herself on behalf of K-Fed or any of the other losers who have taken advantage of her emotional and psychological vulnerability since she threw him to the curb. She needs a change of scenery out of Hollywood and away from the paparazzi until she pulls herself completely together on behalf of her personal future and that of her two sons!

60. From what has been presented in the celebrity press, he has not exactly been a model father by hanging out in Las Vegas clubs, dancing, drinking, and smoking.
Furthermore, unless Spears in paying spousal support, he has no income to support these two growing young lads.
At least Spears can hire folks to raise her kids for her.
