Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.

61. OMG I can not believe that I am sticking up for him BUT......................... Good for him! I think that as a parent he needs to protect his children. I do not think that it is a matter of $$$ at this point. One thing that I can say is that he appears to be a good father and well Britney's a crack whore and I don't care (insert melody to that here)

66. I think that after all Kevin has been through, all the hate thrown at him, being made fun of, Britney's humiliation of him, I think he's handled himself with grace and maturity. He hasn't paraded around with girls hanging off of him, he didn't spread around bad things about Britney (and you know he must have a huge list). He hasn't use the kids for pubiliciity, he hasn't go to Las Vegas and married some flashy stripper, he hasn't had an affair with her best friend, or any friend, he hasn't sold a book about their life, and he didn't try to take the kids away for spite. He's not all bad and he deserves anything a spouce would get when a marriage ends. Why wouldn't he? He's not the one with un admitted mental illness, either.

67. # 14, Crap: Venomous Animal? What the hell does that mean? Are you blind? What has he done? She is mentally ill, probably bi polar or obsessive/ compulsive. She needs help staying in reality and in raising her kids. She's unstable, split, not able to reason normally. The kids don't need to be in that inviorment all the time. 68. Britney has NEVER taken care of her kids, she's always had a nanny or manny. She would parade out the oldest at such inappropriate times. While she was drinking at a party? How wonderful is that? Kevin wasn't partying, he was trying to sell his CD and himself. If he was partying and screwing around you would have see it in the front pages. But you didn't, did you? They were in contact ALL of the time. She just got sick and tired of being pregnant with a child she never PLANNED, sick of being home, having no one to control. 71. I am actually on K-Feds side here. I think she's been an awful mom to those boys. He has the support of family - hers AND his. And until she demonstrates that she's settling down and ready to be a mom and not go around flashing herself to anyone with a camera and stop going out partying all the time...well, I say give him the kids.

74. i always thought that Kevin was in this relationship for the wrong reasons. With Britney's mental and substance abuse problems I would have to say it is in his best interest and in that of the boys to receive as much property and financial support he can from her. It would not suprise me to see her go off the deep end agan. Her boys need to be protected.
