Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.

If brit-brit was on the other end of the relationship and a broke b$%^& she would demand half in the divorce too, It's no different for a guy these days,she should've been more selective in whom she married and wanted to be her baby-daddy. In all honesty K-fed dosen't really even like white broads when a white guy is really into black females a white female just wont cut it.I know this from personal experience.Besides in this case we are talking Britney Spears so if she gives a guy the time of day of course he's going to take it,all he has to do is f#$% her and be nice to her, the marriage was a convenience for him. (He and Shar were broke, she was pushing him to get a JOB) In media reports when brit-kev were still together k-fed was buying a house among other things for his other kids (&Shar) with brit's money and she let him.Shar and K-fed are waiting for the divorce and you can best believe they will be back together after the settlement is in place.Hell Keven and Shar will be set-for-life afterwards all thanks to a dumb -white- in- love ho.And yes i am a female!!!!!!

I hate it when ANY PERSON thinks they are entitled to any piece of a persons' wealth after being married to them a few years. They did not earn that money; they don't deserve it! Like that ho Heather Mills. Married for 4 years and thinks she has a right to half of what Paul worked for for 55 years! She has no right to that money, just like Kevin has no right to Brittney's....but, the women set the standards for this kind of robbery and so the men will now follow.

86. Dear Brit, Please change your life around not only for yourself but for your children. I raised four children by myself with out child support from their dad, God rest his soul. It was hard but we made it, I paid our place off alone and kept the chidren close to their Dad and I now thank God I did. It took me awhile to get over the hurt and anger but I thank God I did. I realized the only ones hurting was me and my children. My ex lived with his girlfriend and was such a fine Lady that when they got togeather she welcomed to their home on holidays. for this I thank God and his girlfriend. Not all men are raised to be good Dads, yours was not nor mine. But they can be great sperm donators. My ex took his own life a few years ago and I cherish the time I was given with him and my children and grandchildren, we were marrid when I was 15 years old and I worked hard to keep my family togeather, in the end I realized we had to part ways because I felt it best for my children. Please Brit listen to an old Lady please change your ways now for yourself as well as for your children, they need you so much now and will need you even more as they get older. Just remember God is watching out for you and the children even though you may not think so right now. My prayers will be with you and your chilren. May God keep you all safe and may he reach into your heart and make you realize what you must do. Gods speed Brit. And may God bless you and your children.

He cant even take care of the kids he has now which is what 7 or 8 with different moms.......He is not a dad..he is using the kids as leverage to get what he wants....I think Britney would make a good mom if the press would back off .......it is hard enough raising kids alone but to be famous too and no privacy ...cant even take your kid to the park without being swarmed by fans and the press.....just looking for any flaw to write about.......Hang tough Britney and you will be fine......and from one single parent to another......the kids always come first.......and I am here if you want to talk.......take care,and things will work out for you but you have to work twice as hard to acheive it......looking forward to the next cd........sincerely,kevin
