Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.

94. B*tchney is going to do a Chris Benoit with her kids if she doesn't cu the 10 year old b*llsh*t. We won't ever see her do what David Gilmour of Pink Floyd did. He quit music pretty much for 10 years to raise his four kids from his second marriage and came back when he felt was the right time (he has FOUR older kids from his first marriage). Roger Hodgson quit Supertramp in 1983 in part to raise his kids whom were respecively 4 and 2 at the time. John Deacon of Queen retired from music after Freddie Mercury died to be a father to his SIX children all now between ages of 14 and 32 (five sons and one daughter). Dennis DeYoung always brought his wife, daughter and son on the road even whilst Styx were at their commercial peak.
I personally see B*tchney going to go the Dana Plato/Annisa Jones route of a child star dying young. I don't see either a Drew Barrymore-like comeback or a Linda Blair type of situaton where her career went to Hell after a personal setback. Everyone supports B*tchney and Flimsy 's rehab stints whilst Miss Blair was cast out. Linda cleaned her act at 19 and now at 48 still looks MIGHTY CUTE! Also, is now an activist on human and animal rights.

Daddy Dearest won't sign the papers. He is getting more money than the pre-nup,and custody 50/50. Her mother is half her problem, where was she when her daughter needed her, making money off little sister. Couldn't even visit B in rehab. Did she want to help grandkids? No! Couldn't wait to dump them on Daddy. Did she care if he was fit to care for the kids? No! B should tell her lawyer to take care of K. and make sure she has qualified Nannies and a nurse if she needs one.

98. She'll soon learn that her family is the ONLY thing that's constant in her life. When the paparazzi no longer wait outside clubs for the money shot and she can't give away a song, nothing will be left but her mother and father. To serve her mom with papers instructing her to stay away from her own grandkids was below low, but her mother will still be there for her in the end. What a foolish, foolish woman. Hopefully, she will soon put two and two together and arrive at four. We can only hope.

100. He just doesn't want to let go. He will slid even further into nobody land once he signs and is no longer attached to her. I cant even see this guy taking part in the 50 percent custody arrangement for very long unless the kids bring him publicity $.
Brittney also is an imature fool, useing her kids to hurt her mom. Those boys have little chance of growing up unharmed by all the hillbilly drama.

101. I agree she went through a rough time being pregnant and her marriage falling apart.
I know many who go out and party, drink to much after a divorce. It's not the correct way to handle it but it happens. Most settle down after a few months.
I do think she needs to do something with her career. She is never going to be a size 4 pop star again.
