Sources tell TMZ the Britney/K-Fed divorce is not over.
We're told Federline will not sign the final property settlement agreement and is saying, before he does, he wants proof that Britney can handle joint custody. But TMZ knows that Britney and K-Fed already have a 50-50 deal where each has the kids for half the time.
So, is K-Fed making a money play? Stay tuned.
106. I agree, the better of two evils would be to let Kevin have the kids until Britney proves herself, because truthfully, as a mother myself, she is definately unfit right now. She still has alot of growing up to do yet and she had better straighten up, her career will never be the same no matter what she does so she better start thinking of those kids before she looses them for good. Once you have kids it is about them not yourself anymore.

107. Honestly Britt you shouldn't have never married the guy in the first place. Ya'll have a little compasion for the poor girl. She just ended a marrige and had two babies buy the guy and he still wants more. Her moms seems to be trippin and we all know how parents can be when they don't understand what it is your going through.The things she's doing shouldn't be that big of a surprise. She got married too young and had babies. That can stress any new mom out. Girl wear some panties, ease up on the parities, let go of the childless friends and get ready to join the PTA cause your life is those kids now it is not all about you anymore. Everything is going to be ok......trust and belive that.
