Surfboard art goes political! 
After losing a heat in the Rip Curl surf contest in Chile, reigning eight-time Foster's ASP World Champion Kelly Slater was photographed rockin' a surfboard with a statement. The board art mockingly puts Abu Ghraib images in the iPod silhouette advertisement style.
Slater is not known for having much to say on anything -- except winning. Guess he does now ... or maybe he just digs the wicked graphics!

The guys in the prison were BAD GUYS. These are the same guys killing their own countrymen. Why do you constantly defend them? Kelly should be ashamed of himself and so should his sponsors. 26. Bobo's been reflecting on how harsh he was on Julie. Having those prisoners stand on stools, get scared by dogs and have some ass photos taken was wrong. Let's follow the lead of of the locals and next time BEHEAD THEM, mutilate their bodies and string them up from a bridge in downtown. Kids, enjoy that air conditioning today, blow dry your hair and ride to work in your cars. Make sure you check out that cell-phone video from a couple of weeks ago of that 17 year-old girl being stoned to death at 11:00 am in the Town Square. Kelly: how about a real nice graphic of Daniel Berg or Daniel Pearl's severed head next time you puke? Or is it the "rape" mentality? They had it coming?
