Lohan Allegedly Coked Up During Car Crash

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was allegedly drunk and had cocaine in her system during an early morning smash-up in Beverly Hills on Memorial Day weekend.

According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26. In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are legally drunk.

Police tell TMZ Lohan and two other adults were in the car at the time of the accident. After the crash, she was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries, then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Cops later said they found a "usable amount" of cocaine in the car.

We're told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case." Berk added, "It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."

227. Inherit the father's addictions? PUH-LEEZE!!! You don't inherit addictions - it's a matter of choice. Da Mama was right on, and good for her for bragging about her kids. I brag about mine all the time because I am proud of my sons and daughters.

Lohan had a lousy upbringing - no parental guidance, a mom who was more interested in partying rather than raising her kids..... no wonder Lindsay crapped out.

But addictions come from personal choice and actions....you don't inherit them. You have to put the alcohol in the glass and drink it, or put the coke on the table and snort it. YOU make the choice to do this foolish and deadly stuff.

I hope Lohan learns her lesson and grows up. I hope her mother sees the destruction she's caused and straightens up.

Oh, and by the way, my kids are all on the honor roll at school, and my oldest has a full ride scholarship to a state university. WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

230. number 11! you are a fricken nerd, TMZ states " In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are legally drunk." which is the truth. I think we all know by now the girl was underage!

231. She needs to go to jail at this point. She refuses to take responsibility for her actions; that's not a good sign. "Blame everyone else," seems to be her moto.

I pray for these Hollywood girls that live in a bubble.

Until you've been down and out, eating only noodles and living inside a box, you just can't appreciate life.
