It's not easy being rich, idle -- and a relentless blowhard.

Embracing a new little friend, the Gummi Bear decided to record a bloated public service announcement, so you can be clear as to where the bear stands ... then again, it's hard to miss him, wherever he's standing.

Gummi's on yet another rant on equality ... or something like that. While admitting his own fatheadedness, the chatty blonde bear gives you a look at the inner workings of a mind unfettered by education. Gummi knows only love.

11. Was at the Pink Taco opening last night and one on Morton's handlers had to pull Davis aside to tell him to leave.
overheard- "I am a little embarrassed to tell you this, but, Harry has specifically stated he does not want you at this party, you are not getting in."
The dejected Davis stumbled away.

14. Harvey Levin needs to stop "giving a celebrity life" to anyone who has a famous last name. The Bear twins (Gummi and Greasy) are NOT celebrities. They are two rich kids who have been given more opportunity than 95% of the world and chose to spend it drugged up and club hopping.

I know several other celebri-spawn who do the same thing with more recognizable last names than these two losers. How come you don't cover them??

I understand the fascination with Paris Hilton, but pleeeeeeeease....
