Bach Hit & Run Accuser: Hoff's Ex Ambushed Me!

Pamela BachThe woman who claims that David Hasselhoff's ex-wife crashed into her car and sped off says Pamela Bach tried to "intimidate" her with an uninvited house call after she pressed charges in January.

In an exclusive conversation with TMZ, 26-year-old Nicole Valdez says that Bach unexpectedly showed up at her home a few weeks ago with a two-man camera crew that Valdez claims Bach hired herself, and demanded to strike a settlement deal on tape. Valdez said, "Pamela kept yelling through the crack of the door, 'Come out sweetie! I just want to settle this!'" Valdez says she refused to come out and asked the group to leave her property. Furthermore, Valdez claims Bach sent two P.I.s to her home to snoop around.

"Why is she harassing me when I am the victim?" Valdez told TMZ, "She hit my car. If she really wanted to make it right, she should have put a card on my windshield back in January."

Friday morning, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered Bach to surrender to authorities within a week so she could be properly booked on one misdemeanor charge -- meaning fingerprints and mugshots.

Bach claims that she would have taken care of everything had she received an estimate for the damage. Valdez maintains that she turned in a $1,377 estimate to the L.A. City Attorney back in February. "I want her to pay for the damage to my car and I want an apology from her, because she came to my house and disrespected me. Also, an apology for the private investigators from before."

A call to Bach's attorney was not returned.

16. This girl is obviously being reasonable (she doesn't seem to be trying to 'cash-in' or anything). Hoff's ex is a total whack-job!!!!!!!!!

17. I am NOT FOR THE VICTIM! You always should settle these out of court, unless you want to be the victim and seek publicity! Why not just settle and get your money? Stupid....This is what causes our justice system to be backed up. It is all about Bach's divorce. She is going to have to get it together to get though it.... but this???? Stupid stuff by the VICTIM.

18. TMZ, now tell me, exactly WHY would Bach's attorney return *your* call? ~~~chucking

Come now, after the anti-Bach campaign you've run what do you expect? Try Hoff's PR team. Or, Hoff himself...seems to me he owes you guys a few favors. Hope you can catch him sober when you do finally hook up. Odds are, though, he's crawling around on some floor mouth a'dripping leftovers from his last supper.

??????????

Bogus!
TMZ, right there you expose yourselves as unreliable and deceptive. Wondering, is there rehab for your lie-abilities? ;)

But don't fret, I'm rather sure a couple of obstacles to posting here won't prevent the fraternizers from expressing themselves.
Why just look at your 'comments' tally -- proof right there. ;)

Actually, truth is, I'm just jealous. Wishing I'd had the moxie to have thought up such a celeb -breaking-news site myself! But hey...I DO know I wouldn't impede my visitors by having them go through email aerobics to make a comment. So, please (pretty please?) fix the prob. thanks much, ~squeaky :)

19. Still hard for women to accept that a man got custody.

20. Hit and Run. Not good. Hit and run can have severe legal consequences
including the suspension or cancelling of one's drivers license as
well as imprisonment. Perhaps Ms. Bach ought to have exchanged info
with the vehicle's owner at the scene, instead of fleeing the scene
and after getting caught, offering, "give me an estimate or
something." Looks like it's gonna be "or something."

21. Bach you are a loser has-been spolied bitch who has ridden the coattails of your exhusband for to long. You have nothing left to offer your kids or anyone else. Go jump off a cliff.

22. Hoff is definitely the better parent which isn't saying much.

23. David HASSELHOFF needs to gain custody of the children and Pamela BACH needs to be put in the state mental hospital, but untill BACH goes to the institution Nicole VALDEZ
should file a restraining order with the court against Pamela BACH.

You could see it in her gray eyes, her ghostly skin and near lack of pupils that Pamela Bach is a crazy woman from a previous image of her on TMZ.com.

26. Seems like Pamela is a spastic nut case who might soon wind up in a straitjacket at a lockdown psychiatric hospital.

27. This sounds a little bogus. If someone hits your car and you're able to identify them, your own INSURANCE COMPANY goes after them. Theres no need for all of this drama. Maybe this Mexican lady didn't have insurance and Hoff's ex took advantage of the situation. If Mexicana wasn't driving with insurance then it serves her right.

28. Why does BB think that by paying the repair bill she'll be off the hook? Hit and run is a crime and she should rightfully be charged with such. The repair bill should be part of her restitution.

29. Hoff had ONE bad night and his daughter taped it. He LEARNED from it. I'm happy for the girls that he won custody. To use the phrase, everyone "hassles the Hoff" and he isn't a bad guy, at least what I've seen in the media for the most part. Bach on the other hand, obviously needs help and quickly before she hurts someone or herself. She could and SHOULD have paid that woman back in February at the latest. She's an attention seeker, doped up drama queen. I'm glad that Hoff got out. I'd also be glad if TMZ would toss those real estate ads - they don't belong here, they should be removed. They're annoying and clutter up the site. Go Hoff.. raise those girls right and away from their female parent unless she ever decides to get help. (or hooks up with that Charles in an earlier post who thinks she's - and he's all that..ha) Hooray for the Hoff!!

30. One more comment I wanted to add -- #31 - Sarah: You are RIGHT ON!! Another "celeb" involved in a crime and gets away with it. Perhaps it is stopping though since Paris did at least serve SOME time and now that other actor - forgot his name (that's how impressed I am) got sent up for over a year yesterday. It's about time! Start charging these so called celebs for their crimes too!! Exactly right on Sarah!!
