18. It is ABOUT TIME these stars go back to reality.
It would be great if teachers, policemen, soldiers, firemen and flight attendants have a 6 digits income. This starlets abuse and misuse the excessive money they make. If art is their true call, a 6 figure salary, not more than people of substance ( as the carreers stated above) would be enough for them.
Right now, by going to their movies , buying magazines and buying cd's we are allowing them to buy drugs and feel that they are above the law.
LET'S PUSH THE CARPET OFF OF THEIR FEET!!!!!!!!!!!!

19. She has to face reality, admitt that she is a spoiled woman, who wants to blame someone for her weakness in the face of drugs and alcohol. Substance addiction is not a disease, it is weakness of character. Shame on her mother who forgot to be mother , so she could party and flirt.

20. ok, so tell me why she isn't is jail yet? isn't cocaine possession a felony? doesn't that merit like up to 5 years in prison? how is it that Paris went to jail for breaking parole, but this trick is still walking the streets. I hate you Lindsay. I hate hearing about you, and I hate reading about you. I wish they would lock you up so I don't have to see your ridiculous face.

22. Nikke @ 11:02 PM: I believe that she has a date with a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge on August 16th to discuss that very issue.

Also, possession of cocaine is a felony in CA but ingestion or use of cocaine is a misdemeanor. Since she had cocaine in her blood and a white powdery substance in her car, she could be charged with both as well as driving with a detectable amount of alcohol in her blood because she was under 21 when she had the collision.

27. Why hasn't she been arrested? She was DWI and had been doing Cocaine and drove her car onto the sidewalk and into a tree. Why is she allowed to party? Double standards? I think YES! Oh Lee Bacca!!!!!
