Lohan Parties in Her Birthday Suit

Lindsay Lohan pranced around on the beach in a skimpy bikini for her birthday -- what a way to celebrate!

TMZ cameras were on the sand in Malibu for the rehab inhabitant's 21st, where LiLo frolicked around a beach house in nothing more than a bathing suit and some sea foam green stripper shoes as buddy Samantha Ronson spun some music for the party.

Lohan was spotted snapping photos of her friends and family -- who included Nicole Richie's ex DJ AM, Evan Ross, mom Dina and mini-lookalike sister Alli -- she even took pix of paparazzi with her very own telephoto lens.

Linds left the party at around 2:15 AM and was whisked back to Promises, where she'll complete her second stint in rehab.

64. i thought Lindsay was leaving rehab to go to the gym? if this little "photo op birthday party was a put on for pr reasons", which it obviously was, she forgot to cover up that body of hers that obviously hasn't seen a gym in quite some time. a little oversight...once again the trash messed up.

69. Who lets an addict party with two of her druggie buddies and her drugged out mom?? I hope they drug tested her when she got back. I think they need to to a "Dateline undercover-Promises rehab" and have a hidden camera go into Promises and see what really goes on in there. I will say, Lindsay looks good and Ihope and pray she is fully in recovery. But those bad influences will have her using again in no time.

72. itony hi i am tony .i became a huge fan of yurs in the recent past.i die and live for yur facenow.i listento yur rumors again and again i read that yu went back to the rehabilition centre for yur cocaine consumption habits.i do understand yur pain.the rift between yur parents may be one of the causes.also the fact that do not find love is another reason.
i from india in abroad in greece have faced a lot of struggle in the past 5 yrs.stilli have nothing.now i work at ANOMERA SQUARE at Mykonos GREECE at a kiosk as a cashier at a very less money which i am quitting pretty soon for different reasons. .still pray to god with hopes that someday soon i will become happy.i beleive that if yu become really good to somebody with honesty and loyalty and pray to god yu will be happy.working hard for everything pays.shifting choices does not pay.life is difficult.yu have glory,fame,money,beauty,i have nothing.read religious books,principles of god.yu will be happy.one day.i donothave yur fan email id if yu send it to mukherjeeshiladitya@yahoo.co.in i can write more to yu.God bless yu.i hope he/she fulfills all yur wishes.if the doctor conducts DNA test of me he will find me a virgin.i have a problem that i cannot communicate to the girl who likes me.they thought that i am selfish but they do not understand that i suffer myself for this.still i have hopes in god that very soon she will find me happiness.thanks.TONY

73. I think it's a shame the way you make fun of the young people of today. Calling people HO'S is not a good portrayal of freedom of speech. Turn the situation around and tell me how would you feel if someone called your MOTHER a HO!!! It's ok if it's someone else whose being called a ho by you. Turn it around and let be you sister, mother, grandmother, wife or other family member. Would it be so comical then?: How about "Freedom of speech" with the shoe on the other foot?
