Just because Paris Hilton spent time in the pokey, it doesn't mean her publicist can't hit up the hotspots.

Our camera spotted the ageless Elliot Mintz outside of Hyde last night, where the PR whiz had nuts on the brain, saying, "I had some almonds and some peanuts as well. Almonds, by the way, when they're salted, the sodium is really bad for you." Okay.

And that concludes today's lecture on the pros and cons of nuts. Class dismissed.
