Al Gore's Son Busted!

Al Gore IIIAl Gore III, the 24-year-old son of Al Gore was arrested on suspicion of drug possession today. The former second-in-command's son was pulled over after allegedly driving his Prius 100 miles an hour down an Orange County freeway. (At least he was driving a Prius!) When deputies searched the car they found pot, along with Valium, Xanax, Vicodin and Adderall. He is currently being held at the Santa Ana Inmate Reception Center on $20,000 bail.

This isn't Gore III's first arrest. He was charged with marijuana possession in 2003 and was ticketed for reckless driving in 2000 and 2002.

16. The last time Al Gore came close to being funny was on SNL's The Chocolate Factory...first time I ever saw him have a real sense of humour.

Now his son is just being a normal California boy minus the prescription drugs.

But you have to admit, this is a really funny story. Not so much in the Gore residence, but funny, none the less. Happy 4th of July to the Gore family, I am sure you will be reminded of the 4th of July FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES.

21. so when the bush twins were doing the wild child thing, partying hard and heavy, that was just youthful exuberance. when their daddy was drinking and doing drugs until he was in his forties, that was okay too. but let junior gore have some bud and a few medications in his car and let's string him and his papa up. it's amazing how peoples' idea of justice change according to who's doing the sinning.

28. My gosh, no wonder the Gore's have kept the kid hidden, he got the worst of both parents, in the looks department. Now, big Al, daddy, will your millions of $ get your kid out of this. and, please how did the creep get ahold of those prescription drugs?? One writer wrote something about "pot," not being as bad as alcohol, duh!! then why smoke it, if it doesn't give you a high?? Idiot!! One hundres miles an hour, under the influence of pot, and who knows what? Don't let him come to Maryland, I have grandchildren living here, and I certainly don't want them to get run over, by a pot smoking, illegal drug taking, moron, who hasn't got sense enough to come in out of the rain. And, big Al, are you sure you weren't on something, when you claimed to be the inventor of the internet?

29. This is not funny, it can happen to any parent's child, rich or poor, but the rich parent can feel how a poor parent feels when his/her child gets into drugs and feel helpless and with no money to put them in a Rehab, like the rich can do for their children.
