Paula Abdul Is Stinking Up the UK

Slurring sensation Paula Abdul has taken her sideshow across the pond to try and earn some extra cash while "American Idol" is on hiatus. Sorry blokes!
Paula Abdul
The dazed and confused former popstar has been on a media blitz, peddling her wares all over London. Paula for Posh -- even trade?!

Besides starting her own fragrance line (Eau de Crazy?), Paula has been booked on England's "SNL" knockoff, "Friday Night Project," and their answer to "The View" called "Loose Women." You are home, Paula!

Sources tell TMZ that Paula is also trying to land a UK chat show. First she'll need to learn to speak English!

32. Why diss on Paula?! I love her. She's sold a lot of records and is an excellent dancer/entertainer. Love her on American Idol too.

33. I have was just thinking . . . . maybe way off the mark here however, from my personal experience with friends and family members own health issues. . . does Paula Abdul have M.S.???

34. Paula has RSD, its a spinal cord injury for which im sure she takes prescription drugs for. She also does accupuncture and other pain relieving techniques and she also has insomnia. Some insomniacs have symptoms that are similar to those of ADHD and ethanol intoxication - giddyness, iritability etc.

She just works too hard and enjoys it.

Honestly if I was doing 40 interviews in a row and looking into one dark camera, I'll probably get bored at the people asking the same questions in every interview and having to answer them like I was being asked for the first time.

I also think America is obsessed with assuming people are on drugs just because they may laugh too much or act a little giddy. There is no comparison between Paula Abdul and Anna Nicole Smith.

35. She is a horrible Idol judge. They need to replace her with Amanda Holden from Britian's
Got Talent and Idol would get some respect back. BTW, their producers really know what they are doing and that show is class. Wake up Idol!

36. @ Judge

My post may have seemed to general and to clarify I have nothing against the fine men and women of medicine.

What I was getting at is that if the patient or in some cases potential addict has found a seem of manipulation that works for them, they are apt to exploit it not even realizing the path they are walking down. No fault of the doctor of course as they can only diagnose based on the information provided.

Yes, there are the Dr. Feelgood's of the world, but they are the exception and by no means the rule. Sorry if I was unclear on this point in my previous post.

Thank you for correcting me on this issue.

37. I'm so glad that I watched "Hey Paula". This woman works HARD! And she does it on very little to no sleep. Which explains her weird behavior.

I respect her for how hard she works, but that has to be unhealthy. Take care of yourself Paula I know you work hard for your money, but your health should come first.

38. Dear #21. First of all Kel, you do not know me, so do not ever refer to me as a enabler. How dare you. You have some nerve, and quite frankly have shown your true colors as a horrible person. I was referring with my mother to the chronic pain resulting from severe arthritis, nerves, the type of chronic pain that comes naturally. And NEVER did I say that everyone with chronic pain becomes addicted to painkillers. Do NOT twist my words like that! Paula Abdul has chronic pain from being a dancer and cheerleader, a plane crash, and multiple car crashes. So, yes, I do feel bad for her. Does this make me an enabler? No, it makes me a human being with feelings. You should try it sometime, seeing as you are an ignorant ass. However, I do hope your father's condition improves.

41. I would spin her tight little body on my Union Jack until I was crowned with the Royal jewels . Half the reason I watch " Idol " is to see her lick her sweet lips .
Very do-able ...

42. American Idol judge Paula Abdul has revealed she suffers from a rare and painful physical disorder called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy.

Her disclosure followed a wave of speculation she may have drug or alcohol problems, E! Online said Friday.

Abdul told People magazine the RSD started after she suffered a disc injury some 25 years ago. Two car wrecks and a plane crash made the problem worse, she said.

"If people only knew what I've gone through with pain and pills. I'm dancing for joy at the fact that not even a year ago I was in so much pain I could barely get up," she said in response to the rumors.

"It was getting ugly with the lies people were saying. It was time to set the record straight. I want America to know that I have never been addicted to anything, no chemical dependency, nothing for recreational purposes."

Abdul said she is taking the prescription drug Enbrel to deal with the pain.

43. She did an interview with Dateline and said she had a surgery right before American Idol started. She said the surgery worked and that she was completely pain free and even dancing again.

Embrel doesn't cause you to act like you are drunk or out of it, and if she is pain free then what is it?

44. I also thought maybe Paula had a stroke # 12 but now I'm not sure. With the use of pills ( I also saw the change #13 did on the show) it's hard to tell. I someimes think the majority of her issues are emotional.
She seems on the verge of a melt down at the drop of a hat and I don't buy the exhaustion bit.
I hope what ever it is she gets a handle on it before it's too late.
She seems like a very kind hearted person.

45. plane crash, car wreck, dancing tumble, train wreck. I have heard them all from someone who was addicted and in denial.
There will always be a pain, the flu, a migraine, an old injury,
a stressful event, a crisis, a drama, can't sleep, can't wake up.
All of these things imagined or real warrant a pill when your addicted.
