That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. It is too base to even try to explain if someone really thinks like you do. Ben Thompson furnished the house for Anna to stay in, a house she was supposed to pay for and agreed to pay for. She didn't pay for the house, and instead wanted someone to just GIVE her the house. Why should they? That was clearly the rationale of Howard Stern, who had never paid his own way, and whose parents and Anna supported him. Anna wrote e-mails and made statements that she was not going to honor the agreement, and she bought another house. Howard, who appears to be demented, decided to just stay in someone else's house and to steal the house based on the premise that he decided to pretend the house was a gift to Anna, which has nothing to do with him. He had been a guest in the house, and became an unwanted guest who wouldn't leave. It had NOTHING to do with Anna if the owners of the house sold it for more, but that wasn't even mentioned until after her death, and was mentioned by Pro Pinder. The price someone puts on their own house is their business, and the fact is that Howard Stern in his greed and avarice wants everything that belongs to others for himself. He is a monster, in my opinion, who should have been stopped years ago.

The reason Ben Thompson hesitated to put up $100,000 was, in my opinion, because Howard Stern was likely paying bribes to steal the house from Thompson, and if Thompson put up the $100,000 the court would still give Howard the house and get the $100,000, too. The graft and corruption involved in allowing Howard Stern to block the Inquest and to even be allowed to file in court to steal a house from the rightful owner is appalling.
Howard Stern uses Anna's money and money he got from selling her. He appears to be a totally disgusting, parasitic evil person. What kind of person thinks it is OK to steal someone's house because the owner might make a profit if they sold their own house. Your rationale is flawed.

You can tell after months of blogging what someone's core beliefs are. Slowly but surely that persons persona seeps through the words they posts!

I guess I live in a cocoon where everyone really tries to be there best and makes good decisions. Where family is first and fun is a picnic in the park! Everybody wants to help their neighbor and going to church and Sunday dinner is a very big deal!

I have seen personalities here that I guess I have not been exposed to much in my life. And I have lived all over the world and have seen a lot of things in my life! I see that some people think some things are ok that in my world are not ok at all.

I am not complaining but I am learning! I guess that if one is going to learn about these kind of people this is the safest place to be.

I have also have grown to where I feel like I know some of these people. That they are of the finest quality of people this life has to offer and I feel I have been blest with the opportunity to get to know them in a special kind of way!

But, When my kids are exposed to the internet I will be very careful to the sites that they will be exposed to.

I want to clarify that people that support HKS are not paid bloggers or "cult" followers. That is the most ridiculous statement. Just like you we do research, we read all the articles, some of us respond with the facts that have been presented. We don't believe that every official, investigator, and medical examiner has been paid off. We don't believe that people that don't support HKS are paid bloggers. I am not an investigator, I am not a medical examiner, I was not at the death scene of either ANS or DWS. I am not going to speculate as to what happened. I wait for the evidence to present itself. My opinion does not count. Its the authorities that make the final determination.

Aside from the deaths of Anna and Daniel, which are monstrous, the drugs, about Anna's properties and possessions, the other fraudulent behavior of Stern about the baby, the DNA, blocking the Inquest, stealing a house, those things which his family applauds and calls being smart, decent human beings with ethics and who are honorable do NOT respect. Thank you for being here and posting about this case. This is about the deaths of two young people, by drugs, while in the company of one Howard K. Stern. We've seen since Daniel's death how avaricious Stern is, selling photos that no honorable, honest person would even think of taking, much less selling.

The Horizons house will soon be back in the owner's hands - Thompson and Shelley, not the estate of Anna Nicole Smith. I really look forward to seeing the coverage on eviction day!

Don't you think it's POSSIBLE that Anna was acting irrationally and was confused IF she made that statement? Her son had just died and she was upset and didn't know what she was saying, so she lashed out and said things that weren't true in a fit of confusion and anger? Can you not contemplate the possibility of that? No, you probably can't, because you WANT it to mean what you WANT it to mean, and you won't see it any other way, so you won't accept any other possibilities.

It's funny (peculiar)...I remember Seidlin (after seeing a very upset yet coherent Anna) talking about her mother on tape, saying he thought Anna was upset and didn't mean what she was saying, and thinking that she seemed pretty clear and straightfoward about her feelings for Virgie - but he chose to see that as Anna being angry and upset. You would think that Anna would be more upset when her son died, and lashing out at those closest to her (Howard) might have been her way to deal with it. If she did say what people claim she did, it still doesn't mean SHE thought it was true.

I'm a nurse in a chronic care unit and I've seen it first hand. A loved one is dying (or has died) and the family reaction can be frightening and beyond reason. Brothers blaming sisters for the death of their mother or father...the things that come out of their mouths in moments of sheer grief...is just horrifying, saying "you killed her - you did this" and then later these people don't even remember what they've said. They're speaking from a place of enormous grief and loss (and yes - guilt) that things ended the way they did. That's why I think that even if Anna DID say what people claim she said, it still might have been irrational grief talking, and not her speaking true.

I am sure people are grief stricken when they lose loved ones. A healthy son who is thrilled to finally get to see his mother, and who is smiling and laughing before he is dead hours later, did not kill himself, nor did he want to die. Perhaps you aren't aware that in addition to screaming at Howard in the hospital that he caused Daniel's death, Anna also presistently told him after she got home that she trusted him and that he killed her son. The Nannies testified to that, and why would they lie? Howard went looking for them and they went into hiding, too, according to their statements. ALSO, Anna accused Howard at Daniel's funeral, asked people to get Howard away from her, and she pushed him away from her so hard he fell down. She repeatedly asked Howard to leave, and she asked the Nannies if he had left. But no, he certainly had no intention of leaving after all he had accomplished for himself, and she left and is buried and in the ground, but Howard refused to leave the Horizons even after Anna's death!!!
