Perhaps you don't recognize evil, because perhaps to you it is just normal.
All you people do is just repost your same old boring stories and comments.
That is because you have nothing to say in defense of the horrendous behavior of Howard K. Stern. It doesn't matter what you say. You are a handful of people against the world. This small site gives you a sounding board. That is all. The rest of us seek prosecution and punishment for what was done to Anna and Daniel. You snatch at straws. You have nothing to say. 17147. I think everyone can go to the Mr Controversy tv site and watch the nannies' interview and figure out the truth. The nannies never said, "we lied in our depositions." What they explain is that many things that they said were not recorded accurately. One example is the exaggeration of how often Shane Gibson visited Horizons.

What they are actually doing is setting the record straight, and pointing a finger at the lawyers who took their depositions.

What's actually important is corrections aside, they still paint a picture of a dysfunctional home and of a ANS who when lucid wanted Stern to LEAVE.

It's that kind of testimony that Stern wishes he could keep the inquest into Daniel's death from hearing.

She's a freak that obsesses on one poster and is so jealous because Einy is such a dummy and can't stand the person she obsesses on so she goes on these loony binges and rants and everybody politely continues on. It's a way to disrupt the board she thinks she own, possessive b&&ch.

I am not so sure Virgie wasn't in shock and overwhelmed by what was happening! I don't she even could grasp the complete danger that Anna was in! I think she thought that if she went on television and confronted Howard that she had foiled any plans Howard had. That he would not have the nerve to carry though with his evil plan. She had no idea how psychotic and evil Howard is.

It is hard for all of us to understand Howard. But, you see, he thinks he is very smart and he thinks he deserves everything that was Anna's. He believes that he had every right to do Danny and Anna in. He thinks he will get by with stealing the Horizons, and killing Anna, and Killing Daniel, and keeping every single dime he can get his hands on. He thinks he needs that money. He thinks he is owed that money. He think because anyone crosses him they deserve to die. He is as scary as anyone person you will every meet.

Look at the posts that his cronies post. They do not see anything wrong with what happened to Daniel and Anna. They are not outraged that a doctor would prescribe a death concoction to Anna. They do not see anything wrong with Howard taking a house that does not belong to him. What does this tell you?

Scary!

But, I must say if it was me and Anna was my daughter. Well I don't think I can say what would happen. But I like you might be sitting in a jail cell and I might be here for a very long time! Howard would be hurting! But, Virgie is an officer of the law. She has tremendous respect for the law. She expects the law to do what it is supposed to do. She is still waiting. Will, there be justice? The thing that keeps us civilized and not in armed wars with all of our neighbors is we have all agreed as a collection of civilized people to let the legal system obtain justice. We have all agreed as a society not to be like the Hatfields and McCoys. Virgie trust the legal system! I hope that the legal system does not let her down.

I too am a mother & grandmother and I feel so sorry for Vergie. I do think she gave up a little too easily, because I'm telling you no man on earth would separate me from my child and grandchild. I can understand how it happened, however. Vergie had a job and responsibilities in TX and Anna was in CA.

One thing I do know. When Daniel died, if I couldn't contact ANS by phone, I would have sent a telegram, "Mama's coming! Will be on next plane out of Houston. Meet me." If no one was there to meet it, I would have taken a cab to Horizons and stood at the gate until they let me in or ANS told me IN PERSON to go away. If they didn't let me see Anna, I would have had Fox & CNN there and I would be telling the world that HKS refused to let me see my child. i don't believe Anna would have turned her mother away at a time like that if she was there in person.

Of course I might have ended up in jail, but after I got out I would have stayed on the island and I woukld have been at that boy's funeral, come hell or high water. I wouldn't have waited until ANS died to raise Holy Hell.

She should know that someone of your intelligence and social standing would not even greet someone like her on the street, much less have her in your home. She is a classic example of the people who support Howard K. Stern.

Nobody would lend credence to anything a creepy, sick person like that Stern supporter ever said, and she was way out of line with her comments. Her problem is that she does not understand decent and respectable people. She only knows trash, and it is those people who are like her that she bases her conversation on. I wrote several suitable comments to her that were blocked. We ignore loathsome comments by the mindless, and forge ahead.

The media chooses to keep people in the dark. Who would have thought that ET would be the lone voice of HONESTY - who will report the truth when all the other media outlets are too ashamed to admit they fell for the lies, and obsessed over the reports that Anna underfed her baby so she'd be sexy. They must be so ashamed of themselves for going over and over the lie, again and again - condemning Anna and Howard when it wasn't even true.

The haters would fit right in with that group. Too ashamed to admit or even acknowledge the truth. Makes them look bad.

Maybe responsible media is not reporting because there is so much conflicting news about this case and no one knows what is true. Another reason for the inquest to go forward. But you can't honestly say you trust ET....ET is making money off of HKS.....why would they NOT report the news that benefits him? They filmed a baby being told her mother was dead-----WHAT about that makes them credible, in your opinion?

If you don't want people believing the media---you can't pick and choose which media you want them to believe and which you don't......a court of law needs to decide these issues, and when they are decided, it will be reported.

The fact that Howard isn't in jail is justice enough, isn't it? The police did their job and came to the conclusion they came to, despite what the media was saying, and despite what the people who believe the lies want.

Whenever people say Howard is a murderer and that he should be punished, just remember this. THE POLICE THINK OTHERWISE. The people who could have put Howard i jail, DIDN'T. That's all you need to remember.

No need to rehash, and argue or debate or anything. Just remember that as of today, Howard isn't in jail, because he DOESN'T belong there, and the POLICE KNOW IT, even if the haters DON'T.

Houston Judge Orders Former Stripper to Pay Attorneys' Fees

Houston, Texas – Anna Nicole Smith has something new to cry about. Jurors didn't buy her story that she was promised half of her late husband's wealth and didn't buy her courtroom act, which frequently included crocodile tears.

Today a Houston judge gave Smith something to really cry about. In addition to losing her case the judge today signed a Final Judgment ordering that Smith pay the legal fees of her late husband's rightful heir, E. Pierce Marshall.

In the final judgment, signed today by Houston Probate Judge Mike Wood, Smith is ordered to pay Marshall $541,000 in legal fees. In addition, Marshall can collect an additional $100,000 in legal fees from Smith each time she files an unsuccessful appeal. Smith was also ordered to pay more than $20,000 in fees that were paid to a court appointed temporary administrator of her late husband's estate.

"Smith and her contingency fee plaintiffs lawyers thought my father was far wealthier than he really was," said Pierce Marshall. "They vastly overestimated his wealth and I am pleased that those inflated estimates were never allowed to go to the jury.

"The public has learned what our family has known for many years, that Smith was cruel to my father and was never his wife in the traditional sense. She worked hard to avoid being with my father but managed to call him constantly demanding more and more money. My father told close associates that the marriage had been a mistake and I believe he would have ended it had he lived.

Every person in ANna's inner circle had an agenda----they were "yes" mean and allowed ANS to commit slow suicide IMO. The people that said NO to her (for her own good) were long ago kicked to the curb......and the people that remined were not going to allow that to heppen to them.

Most attorneys would try not to contradict their clients. Smith has always claimed she wasn’t a gold digger. But Smith’s attorney has been dissing her throughout this trial, first telling the court she did not need to testify at all. In closing arguments he urged the court to remember that, “her testimony is not what this case lives or dies on.”

Smith didn’t even bother to stay in the courtroom during all of her own attorney’s closing arguments.

That didn't stop them from reporting the BIG BAD LIE, initially, did it? NOPE. There was conflicting info right from the beginning, but they still reported it. Because it was too juicy to pass up. It was too exciting to be horrified by the possibility that Anna underfed her baby so she'd be sexy. It was so much easier to judge Anna and throw stones and call her a horrible person and a bad mother etc. Finding out that was a lie - that's not JUICY. And then they'd have to say, "Remember all the times we talked about how outrageous it was that Anna would abuse her baby by underfeeding her? Wasn't true....Sowwy." LOL. That could NOT happen. Better for the media to ignore the truth than to admit they were wrong.

Serious question----If you believe this---why do you continue to read this blog?

I DO agree he should not be labeled a murderer without a court of law deciding it...innocent until proven guilty-.

But if you feel that strongly, what brings you back here to post? If it's over in your mind, it's over, right?
