Even if Smith wins, though, the 10-year-old legal battle will be far from over. Pierce Marshall has an appeal pending in a California federal appeals court.

17162. There's too much passion for something that doesn't even involve you. And don't say JUSTICE involves everyone. There's all sorts of injustices out there that you could be doing something about, but there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do about Anna Nicole and Daniel being dead, and there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do about Howard living in Horizons, being the executor of Anna's will, delaying the Daniel Inquest and NOT being charged with Anna's death, EXCEPT OBSESS about something that you have NO POWER to change.

I concurr on the polygraph. At the very least, the DA should have convened a Grand Jury and gotten these people under oath. I still want to know whyno one talked to Bridgitt Neavin. There are so many unanswered questions. I don't think they would ever get a Murder 1 on HKS because you can't prove beyond reasonable doubt he gave her the meds, but I think you could get Criminally negligent homicide on HKS, Dr. E, Moe, Taz and Bridgitt .

I blame the Seminole police and Broward Co SO for this fiasco. They didn't investigate properly and a lot of evidence got lost or screwed up.

I am not so sure Virgie wasn't in shock and overwhelmed by what was happening! I don't she even could grasp the complete danger that Anna was in! I think she thought that if she went on television and confronted Howard that she had foiled any plans Howard had. That he would not have the nerve to carry though with his evil plan. She had no idea how psychotic and evil Howard is. It is hard for all of us to understand Howard. But, you see, he thinks he is very smart and he thinks he deserves everything that was Anna's. He believes that he had every right to do Danny and Anna in. He thinks he will get by with stealing the Horizons, and killing Anna, and Killing Daniel, and keeping every single dime he can get his hands on. He thinks he needs that money. He thinks he is owed that money. He think because anyone crosses him they deserve to die. He is as scary as anyone person you will every meet.

Howard's estate, those proceedings were terminated long ago in the Texas Probate proceedings. What we have pending in the federal court in California is her various claims.

KING: And now that would be on behalf of the daughter?

BRUNSTAD: I assume so. This is a big tragedy. This came as a big shock to everybody. And the Marshall family extends its deepest condolences to Anna Nicole Smith and her family.

KING: Are you taking the opposite view that the family -- the Nicole Smith family is not entitled to money?

BRUNSTAD: Well, our view always has been in the litigation is that J. Howard gave her about $8 million worth of property and that's what he intended to give her. And that's what he wrote about in his estate plan. And the Marshall family has only been interested in making sure that J. Howard's wishes were fulfilled. J. Howard loved her. And he provided for her with that about $8 million that he gave her. But he was clear that that's all he intended to give her. And so the Marshall family has been prying to honor J. Howard's wishes.

I would be insulted if they did not. It tells me that I am getting my point across to them. It is not easy to try to talk some sense into them but I figure if we all work together eventually they might get it. Probably, Stern will be off to the Bahamian Barred Barracks by then. And then guess what, they will all disappear into the deep dark recesses of the bits and bites of cyberspace never to be heard of again.

She should know that someone of your intelligence and social standing would not even greet someone like her on the street, much less have her in your home. She is a classic example of the people who support Howard K. Stern.

Nobody would lend credence to anything a creepy, sick person like that Stern supporter ever said, and she was way out of line with her comments. Her problem is that she does not understand decent and respectable people. She only knows trash, and it is those people who are like her that she bases her conversation on. I wrote several suitable comments to her that were blocked. We ignore loathsome comments by the mindless, and forge ahead.

17171. Good morning, Justice Denied and everyone. Thanks for explaining about the video clip you watched; I understand and it could happen easily since there seem to be so many. I am glad you found the "Enya" one and the frame that was being referred to.

I too would love to see a picture of their eyes side by side for comparison . Wouldn't it be great if Nancy Grace or Greta could bring this up and consult with a sketch artist from the court or a police department?

It is also a shame there doesn't seem to be a similar video clip of Daniel's funeral and I agree with the reasons given for why there is not.

HOLLYWOOD - Anna Nicole Smith's battle for a share of her late husband's fortune is facing more trouble - thanks to the discovery of an unseen batch of her wedding day photographs.

The busty blonde was 26 when she exchanged nuptials with wheelchair-bound J. Howard Marshall II in 1994--just 14 months before the oil tycoon died aged 90, leaving her to battle it out with his son E. Pierce Marshall for her $88.6 million payout.

But now the younger Marshall claims Smith entered into the marriage for financial gain have started to swirl again, thanks to a set of pictures showing her looking miserable on her wedding day and during her honeymoon in Bali.

The rare photographs were in the home of Smith's aunt and uncle, Elaine and Melvin Tabers, a Texas nurse and a pipe fitter respectively. Melvin says, "She was out for every cent she could get. I'm sure she cared for him, but it was not love, in my book."

Also recently discovered by Smith's estranged relatives was a Christmas 1992 videotape of Howard Marshall bequeathing specific items to the former Playboy Playmate.

Elaine adds, "(Howard Marshall) wanted (Anna Nicole) to keep the house, the cars, the jewelry and all the other gifts he had bought her. But he never said anything about his fortune.

"After we got to know him, he often said he didn't want the stock touched. He wanted to make sure (Anna Nicole) was taken care of when he was gone, but he was adamant he didn't want to split up his family's inheritance...

"When we played the tape, our jaws dropped. This is Howard talking from beyond the grave, a verbal will that says how he wants his fortune divided. This will probably become the evidence that will deny (Anna Nicole) the millions."

Smith's battle for the $88.6 million initially awarded to her in 2002 is expected to go to court in January, with a decision coming before the court term ends in June.
